“Jays pharmacy is absolutely amazing I moved from my local pharmacy to Jays as recommended by my daughter . It's the best move I made, they are a fantastic pharmacy, offering excellent service and very friendly staff. I just had a call from the pharmacist to check how I was getting on with a new medication. He was extremely informative and reassuring, advising me on a side effect I was suffering from, better service than my GP! Cannot fault them! Thank you so much.”

“Took our anxious cat to this cattery for 3 nights and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Although she wasn’t too happy to be there, she was given fantastic care and love. They made a big effort to make a fuss of her and build trust. The cattery was clean and warm. Would definitely come here again and highly recommend!”

I was not sure if I needed a doctor appointment with a really nasty insect bite but the concern and helpful knowledge of the pharmacist gave me the best care and treatment I required. “They were really amazing with my rescue dog. This was her first groom and i had found it so hard got her to get seen by anyone, even though she doesnt have any behavioural issues. The consultation was great and they fully explained what was needed to make Sally feel comfortable, especially with the hot weather coming. They did a fantastic job with her, and she was so calm when I went to get her, 100% recommend.”

“This practice is wonderful. Every member of staff has been kind, friendly and efficient. Yesterday, my daughter and I took her very ill chameleon there and we spoke in depth to Sophie and after her examination of Audrey my daughter decided that euthanasia was best for her chameleon. We waited in a private room and said goodbye to her. Adina, veterinary practitioner, was brilliant, so empathetic and sensitive, arranging Audrey so prettily at the end. We highly recommend this practice without reservation.”

He always makes a fuss of her as she's a bit timid but by the time I pick Betty up Frank is her best friend. As importantly Frank takes his time and does a great cut. Highly recommend and I reckon the best Dog Groomer in Cardiff Kev and Shelley”

“The owner Steve, is an absolutely lovely guy & nothing was too much trouble. I arrived at 12pm & Steve checked me in straight away. The guest house was absolutely spotless & the grounds were immaculate. I stayed in room 2 which had a very comfy bed, tv, great WiFi connection, charging points next to the bed, tea/coffee facilities & ensuite. The breakfast was first class. Each room also has 1 parking space. Ty Castell is in an excellent location & only a 2 minute walk to the town centre & train station. I will definitely stay again when in the area & highly recommend this guest house.”

“Both of my cats, Dandelion and Burdock are patients at this vets. They are always cared for with the utmost respect and friendliness. Whenever I have any worried or queries they are happy to answer any questions or give advice with a simple phone call. My little Burdock recently had spay surgery, she was cared for wonderfully and has had one of her two post operations and she is healing up beautifully. I love this vet service, they sent her home with pain relief, something that I didn't have with my boy when we were at a different vet. The prices are also amazing, very affordable treatments. My sister recommended this vets to me as her dog goes there and I jumped ship to this vets without a moment's thought, and I'm glad I did. First class service, friendly staff and always happy to help. 5 stars and I would certainly recommend vets4pets blackwood to family and friends.”

When I started I could not hold the scissors or clippers properly, i was never made to feel incapable by the supportive and dedicated team at Mucky Pups. The course gives you the skills, techniques and confidence to progress with your dog grooming career. Even when you have completed the course, there is still ongoing support provided. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend this school if you are considering to train as a dog groomer.”

Planning, organising, and experiencing the day was made as smooth as possible with their wonderful team. The rooms were comfortable for all of our guest. The food and drinks were delightful and dietary requirements were catered to seamlessly. The grounds are beautiful and there was even a nesting swan on the river bank.”
