“An absolute great shopping experience at this fine outfitters. The chap that served me was polite and extremely patient. I tried on several 100% mens wool caps on. I was given good advice about the fitting. I eventually purchased a Failsworth Abraham Moon Cap and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for a great experience at your shop. Hope to visit again soon for a waist coat.”

“Ordered some Christmas presents online and came to collect on 20.12.24 around 12.30 or so. I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who served me, but she was so lovely. I was rushing around that day, forgot shopping bags and had my young son with me. She realised some of the presents were likely for him, kept them hidden behind the counter and asked if I needed a bag. She then taped tissue paper over the boxes in the bag to make sure he wouldn't see anything. Really appreciated your thoughtfulness, you are a star!”

“I had no plan to go here, but I saw a suit that i liked, tried it on and bought it. The store held a good selection and although I wanted one with a waistcoat, none was on shown display. When we asked if it came with one, Jayden was very helpful - he checked the system and found one on site for me to try on. Although the style wasn't right, he was polite, chatty and informative in offering other options. Not often someone can be bothered, so well done and thank you Jayden/Next.”
