“We usually go to the Broad Lane surgery, but due to not being able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, we were redirected to the Balsall Common practice. Loads of car parking, no waiting, straight in and out. Even left the car there whilst we walked the dog around a lovely park, behind the shops, which, in all my years I never knew existed.”

“I called on a Sunday at around 12:30 in severe pain with a suspected throat infection hoping I’d not have to go to the walk in centre or wait until the next day for a doctors appointment after enduring nearly 2 weeks of being unwell. The gent who spoke to me on the phone was the most helpful and sincere pharmacist I’ve ever spoke to, he took my details and had a prescription of antibiotics ready for me when I turned up after assessing me. Thank you so much I didn’t catch his name but he was so helpful and I’m so grateful.”

“I hadn’t used this pharmacy until today but I found their service very helpful and professional. I had spoken to the Pharmacist on the phone before my visit regarding a query I had. He took the time out to help me with what I needed. On my visit I was able to wait for my medication but would have happily returned if they had been too busy. The staff dispensed my prescription very quickly. I’m extremely grateful for their friendly, helpful, professional service today.”

“I have been here twice, on each occasion I received the best care. Reports were given to me within the time frame, they were upfront on tests I will need to do and ones that weren't necessary. The medical reports were gone through by the consultant ( on the day and a follow up telephone for the blood results). All questions were answered, I was never left with any uncertainty or unsure about anything. The reception staff are welcoming and polite. They offer complimentary coffee, latte, water etc and inform you to help yourself. They go out of the way to make you feel like you're welcomed. I needed to have bloods taken and the trained professional was able to take blood in one go! I usually get poked at least 3 times, but she was a pro! Made me feel comfortable and was talking, I didn't even realise that she drew blood until afterwards. I highly recommend this practice, it is my favourite private practice in Birmingham just a distance to get to, but worth it. The facility is also wheelchair friendly.”

He was caring and kind at a time when I was sure that I was going to loose my beautiful pet. He went above and beyond to make him better and I will be forever grateful. I would recommend him to anyone and have complete faith in his knowledge and he is a great asset to Bell and partners. “Morrisons Walderslade seems to fill shelves regularly. Chocolate bars and biscuits are expensive same as everywhere. They do need to lower their prices. The public know things are more expensive with less product. Offers bring customers in not just few pence off. Staff are lovely there though. Always helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop. Nice ambiance.”

“Always is a pleasure to shop here for both me and my parents! The bad reviews are not true and probably biased. They treat customers with such great care! A few employees are amazing and go the extra mile, especially the young lady with glasses and orangey red hair, a blonde/brunette woman with her makeup bag in the No7 area who knows what she’s talking about when it comes to makeup and a young man who I haven’t seen in a while who wears a blue/black hat and has a beard One of the best department stores in the City Centre!”

“Found this lovely boutique at a market I was visiting and the owner was so lovely, friendly and helpful (especially with sizing for a collar for one of my dogs). The collar I bought has been great quality and must confess I was worried about it getting dirty but this hasn’t been a problem at all! So impressed that I reached out to enquire about a collar/leads for my other dog and once again the owner was so incredibly helpful and made/shipped them quickly. Fantastic small business that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.”
