“Great Pharmacy, right on my doorstep and next to the Drs. Only grip is the lunchtime closing, (i would make this 4.5 star review, but it doesnt do 1/2 stars) - its a local Pharmacy, most local Pharmacies do the same. They have decent stock off over the counter and prescription medications. Very happy with their service, the staff are always friendly and helpful.”

“Called up around 8pm Friday with symptoms of a UTI after no answer from doctors. Pharmacist was helpful and sorted me out with antibiotics which I started taking by 9pm. Brilliant work!”

“Inadequate facilities for people having to queue for up to 30 mins to submit a prescription. I have arthritis and found the standing very painful. The waiting area with chairs was unassailable on that day. My number was 234 which kept appearing on screen as please wait. After 60 mins I questioned why it was taking so long. They said they didn’t have the complete order so did I want to return another day of take what they had. I took what they had after having to wait again for it to be re submitted. A week later they messaged to let me know they now had the remainder in stock. I do not rate this service.”

“What a lovely little shop and great owners! Went here for the first time on Saturday with my 60kg dog, to use their DIY Dog Wash. Was greeted warmly, then shown through to the dog wash area when it was ready. I was provided with shampoo, a dog 'shammy' for removing most of the water, and a drier. Additionally, some Dog Cologne to make him smell extra lovely. The facilities were in good order, clean and plenty of space. My dog appreciated a warm wash rather than a dog garden hose pipe wash!! Afterwards we had a chat, paid and left. An overall lovely experience. We will be back for the dog wash again and for the other facilities offered. Thank you! Noticed that there was a great variety of treats on offer, was glad my dog was muzzled as he would have snaffled the lot, haha.”

“My appointment was with Vetenerian Connor Day twice who has been absolutely brillant during the appointment with my kitten misha. Explains everything thoroughly and in detail… doesnt rush the appointment ( i have been to other vets where they are very time limited and its been very rushed and want you out the door as soon as possible). Thank you for seeing Misha and helping her to the best of your ability. Excellent vets- 10/10. All Staff including the receptionists are very friendly and have a genuine care and love for the animals.”

“Tom was outstanding as usual with Dotti, our Miniature Schnauzer (he calls her Tarty Pants), explains everything very well. Better treatment for our pets than my daughter received recently at UHCW. From now on, I'm going to identify as a Salt and Pepper Super Giant Schnauzer and get my owner (wife) to register me with Bilton Veterinary Centre for superior treatment.”

“My 2 cats have just come home from a week in Corley Rocks. Everything is absolutely fine. I wouldn’t use anywhere else. The cats are obviously glad to be home but they enjoyed their time away with no ill effects. The staff are all cat people and care for cats very well.”

“Fantastic, staff are brilliant and compassionate. Our regular vet is Georgina, who is an angel and amazing. Not sure why it is not promoted more but she also conducts acupuncture, our 17 year old cat is benefiting so much from this and Georgina has been extremely caring towards her, unlike some other vets we have experienced. Besides Georgina, the rest of the staff are also lovely. We are so pleased to have found this veterinary practice.”

“Thank for looking after our girls for the last few years Alison and Team. I recommend the Fur Inn Cattery. You can rest assured that your Cats (and other small animals) will receive the very best care whilst you are away from them. Alison will always send you photos and updates on your pets to give you that extra peace of mind when you start to miss them (with us, that’s about 2 hours!). Please don’t forget to book early as this leading, excellent cattery fills up quickly. For July/August holidays, I’d try not to leave it later than late January!!!”

“Very helpful practice, I arrived unannounced, with a cat in my arms, which I thought may be lost. They immediately assessed the cat, checked for a microchip(which it unfortunately didn’t have) and then leant me a pet carrier to take it back in. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I later found out who the owner was and the cat was reunited with them, so that is a happy ending. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, which is sometimes not shown in this day and age.”

“Excellent independent vets lovely staff. Two years ago after serious accident they dipped into a special fund they have and removed one of my spaniels back legs the following day free of charge saving me 3 1/2 k. Thoroughly recommend.”
