“Like with most pharmacies it can get busy but I’ve never had any issues with waiting too long. The way the store is set out means staff can see their customers at all times and they always ensure someone is seeing to the queue. Staff are always been super helpful - if you telephone in advance then you won’t have to wait for your prescription (top tip) Phone etiquette always very pleasant and helpful. I wish more pharmacies were like Southam, we’re lucky to have them.”
