“Really good shop, they have a big selection of clothes and they are good quality and a low price. The staff were pretty friendly, but not the friendliest place I've been to be honest. The fitting room has lots of cubicles but they aren't individually very spacious.”

“Was in here on Saturday, very large well staffed store with well-stocked shelves. Young girl on Saturday behind the customer services desk was very polite and helpful, layout of store is confusing and is certainly unique compared to the design of other Extra stores; which tend to follow the same linear format. This store stands out, and has an F&F section and a Costa Coffee cafe upstairs, with the downstairs devoted to the general grocery shop floor. Found quite a few bargains and my girlfriend left a happy and skint woman. A bit far out for me to come regularly, but I will still make the effort and gladly return to this shop.”

“Louise printed a birthday cake I designed in store. It came out so well. She was very friendly and helped me by taking me down to self service check outs and scanning through my things. It was much appreciated, as I had my 2 year old with me, who was trying to run riot. Thanks again Louise.”

“This was the first time I had shopped in this store and was pleasantly surprised to find many of the products to my liking and taste. I made a couple of purchases from the housewares section. Before leaving the store I took the opportunity to have a coffee and something to eat in the Costa Coffee shop. That was also a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to visiting the store the next time I'm in the Shopping Centre.”

“Small food only supermarket at the airport with friendly staffs and great selection of food with opening hours from 6am to 11pm. A wide selection sandwiches and pastas along with a broad lineup of smoothies, milkshakes, flavoured water and other drinks is a great aid to the travelers. The store also offers meat and vegetables and other groceries along with milk, bread, confectionery, deserts and delli. The store is very well stocked and clean at all times. The staffs were very helpful and attentive. The store provides almost every wines and spirits in the M&S lineup Everything under a roof for the travelers.”

“I had a really good experience in this store. I was really struggling with finding particular items and the manager Ryan walked around the store with me to find any items that I required. He then offered to help me through the till process as it was self service and I do not use self service tills often so this really made my day. He is a glowing employee with great customer service. He is an exceptional example of how an M&S employee should be. I would definitely recommend this store if this employee is there to assist.”

Always alert and proactive and when exercising her security role does so with passive but firmness which calms potential difficult situations. She is a credit to herself and an asset to Asda.”

“This store opens 24 hours between Tuesday to Friday. Located in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. 4 Self Checkouts and 4 staff checkouts. Bakery section is quite great. Generally store keeps their shelves full. Small and convenient store. Only 1 member available during night. Have small single ice cream freezer. 2 coffee machines. Sells flowers, green veg, fruits, milk, ready meals, fizzy drinks etc. Does not sell Alcohol, Tobacco and Lottery. CCTV in operation. This store is on ground floor and accessible by all including disabled and wheelchair users.”

“Took a faulty watch back that was purchased over a year ago. Had 2 years manufacturers warranty and Argos would have been within their rights to tell me to contact manufacturer. However, they happily exchanged the watch, with no problems. Staff were freindly and their help was much appreciated. Thank you”

“I would like to say about me experience back last week on June the 23rd at 17:15 I was using a self check out machine in which a had a few major things I was using while I was trying to see if a voucher I had worked and an assistant called Amy came and helped me greatly with both and had both a friendly and professional attitude and made sure the voucher worked and that all my items went through as smoothly as could be so I'd like to thank Amy for her help hope her manager sees this and commends her for it.”

“Great fresh sushi and street food, like the lovely chicken bites, in Panku kiosk at the far end of the supermarket, close to the pizza counter. That's freshly made every day and the kiosk staff is so kind. The fridge is always full and the shelves on the side has got particular crisps and drinks. Amazing!”
