“I went in here on the off chance of advice after a serious episode with my heart. They ladies yesterday (22/7) were absolutely amazing, one sent me to the Dr's where I was then taken to hospital. I came back to drop off my prescription later yesterday md the same ladies were amazing again. I went went pick up the prescription today and managed to thank one of the lovely ladies again. I'll be coming here from now on as its my closest pharmacy anyway. Only little quandary I have is the young man who served me today was dressed very inappropriately for a chemist, not sure if he's bosses son or what but he looks so out of place and awkward wearing "going out" clothes while dealing with serious issues. He's young and I hope he can learn to dress a bit more appropriate from now on as this place is a great place. Thank you to you beautiful Scottish ladies from a very appreciative English man.”

These three staff members went out of their way to help me as I had been given a time of 7.30-8 am to collect, Margaret patiently guided me to customer services. Kate called Joe to get my order and he willingly went to collect it for me. Margaret offered to get me another trolley as the one I had was a bit stiff and veering to the side. Kate kept me company and made me feel better about seemingly coming to collect too early and Joe brought my order to me with no issues, even though the first collection should be 9am. The time I had on my email was as stated earlier. I feel I haven't really explained myself well in this statement, but I can't thank them enough and I know some people would say "they are just doing their job" but it was more than that to me, they helped me and were patient and I am so grateful. “Always helpful and will double check especially as on three occasions family prescriptions have been sent by GP to wrong pharmacy. The staff are often very busy but always take time to offer explanations about products. I posted this review some time ago, what a change since then. All new staff and very disorganised. It seems to be different people each time you go in and no one seems to have a clue. It's my nearest pharmacy and difficult to get to any others to pick up prescriptions or I would go elsewhere. I no longer buy anything as twice recently I have left. One person at the counter dealing with one customer for several minutes with 7 or 8 people in the queue. Several staff in the background but no-one came forward to help. Such a shame that such a good service has gone so far downhill.”

“Went in 2 hours early for appointment..because of all the road disruptions in Glasgow and never been to Paisley,didn't see any cafes or vending machines ,to pass time till appointment so sat in waiting room didn't realise about the ticket thing one we realized an hour and 15 mins later went up gave them my ticket within 2 minutes my name was called and I was out and in a taxi back to Glasgow before my appointment. Very well organised department,swift ,plesent and very helpful staff and nurses and doctors and everyone involved in that department are an amazing team! We ell done ,there was a smile one everyone's face leaving ,because of the friendly atmosphere the staff created”

Kelly and Linda in the fracture clinic were both fantastic with my sister and put her at ease. They had such lovely warm personalities and sister was smiling from start to finish, she has later stages of dementia and laughed so much in the clinic with Kelly and Linda!
