“Friendly and welcoming Staff and customers. Good entertainment advertised regularly which is well attended and enjoyed by all. Worth a visit.”
“Friendly racquets club in the heart of Glasgows leafy West End. Have been a member for 25 years now , the club providing squash and tennis for all levels. Recent extension leased to CAFE PARMA giving excellent Italian fayre with a fine selection of continental lagers. We just recently had our 100 yr centenary luncheon party. All in vintage whites. Great day.”
“Hire of football pitch no problems”

“Over here watching the grandson playing football today.”
“Excellent baby swimming lessons in the baby pool. The instructor Car is brilliant with the children and makes you and the little one confident in the water. The price of the lessons are super cheap compared to the likes of water babies etc. There is also space to spectate.”
“The friendliest pool . The staff and managers always happy , welcoming and chatty. It brings the place to life. I love swimming here.”
“Possil Marsh Possil Marsh has a shallow freshwater loch surrounded by marsh, swamp and fen, with areas of willow scrub and grassland. The fen and swamp areas support locally rare plants and the reserve is also an important staging post during the spring and autumn migration for warblers and waterfowl. Why visit? Highlights include: Fantastic views of wildfowl Explosions of colour from wildflowers User-friendly paths across the reserve Best time to visit? May to Jul for breeding birds May to Aug for wildflowers Oct to Mar for wildfowl Visit for: birdwatching woodlands wildflowers scenery mammals wetland pond Other information Breeding birds on the reserve include reed buntings, moorhens and the secretive water rail. There is a path, accessed from the Forth & Clyde towpath, around the perimeter of the reserve.”
“We stayed just for one night as we were travelling up to glencoe. The fact that our dog was allowed in and the rooms were of high-quality made it even more special. We arrived in the evening and they managed to fit us in the restaurant. The food was great, generous portions and cooked fresh! We woke up early in the morning and had a dog walk around the golf course with the map that they provided to witness a spectacular sunrise. After the walk, we went to the spa and wow! If you stay here, make sure you check into the spa with the facilities they have it was amazing. After that, we had a lovely breakfast with great views and great service. Would stop here again.”
“We bring our adult sons who have special needs here most weeks for a swim. It's not our local pool but they like the walk in style of the pool. The changing rooms are always clean and well maintained. The staff are fabulous. They're so good with the boys and very helpful and accommodating.”
“Actually Harvey's pool very popular ideal . I wld like to see any faults repaired & to be kept open . As we cdn't even get into a pool last wk( Porto )with my autistic grandson who loves the calming effect of the water & he loves Harvey's pool . All other pools were full a bit of a disgrace actually. Couldn't even get through on telephone to Gallion Kilmarnock & were advertising open until 4 o'clock. Caused mayhem for kids when we were refused entry . Disgraceful. Has any work even started at Harvey's . Makes me question why I'm paying council tax . Think I,LL need a breakdown itemised bill as public path & stairs around my house don't even get cleaned . Disgraceful. So how long is it going to take for Harvey's or is that another place being closed down ?”
“Great place for all types of sport staff are very helpful”

“Excellent night made even better with a comprehensive win for Ross Trainer over a worthy opponent from Spain. Bar was reasonably priced, too.. Double smirnoff and Fresh Orange, Can of Bud (500ml), and a can of coke 10 quid. Perfect.”
“I would give the service a 10 if I could. Staff are always so pleasant and helpful every time we visit. Mags, couldn't have been any nicer to my elderly mother in law today, making her experience a very nice one. Food is lovely as it always has been on our previous visits . Prices are good for the quality of food”
“High rise flats cosy flats with entry system and lifts to either odd and even floors kept clean and well maintained”
“Another great morning with our school group from Community Alternatives, badminton, football and basketball.”
“Great place to watch match & catch up with friends.”
“Small hidden gem for the area this place worth a visit great walks for old and young and the dogs”
“A good place to take your young children to playground over looking the Clyde and just up the road from the big park area of Fort matilda”
“Using the Astro football pitch here, a good surface when dry and a great surface when wet. Changing facilities are some of the best in the area in that they are actually big enough for the full squad and hot running water for afterwards. Definitely be back. Only down side is that the nets on the 11's nets could do with being fitted to the goals better.”
“Best gym staff around, very friendly and helpful to all gym goers, regardless of age or level. Other amenities are great too. Great value for money.”
“Excellent artificial surface pitches. Parking can be difficult”
“Love Eastwood park leisure centre. After it's brand new refurbishment its now re open. With a great gym, changing facilities. Steam room sauna, swimming pools and Theatre next door. They have a great cafe that serves hot and cold good, plenty of seating and lift access to both floors.”
“The gym is quite small but has good equipment. The swimming pool and shower areas are good as well.”
“This is a fantastic location. It's a different story to Seaton Sands Haven site on the east coast. There are pros and cons to this park. It's within driving distance of Glasgow (1 hour) and Ayer is about 15-20 minutes. Glasgow isn't a touch on Edinburgh (which is a 2 hour drive) but there are plenty of natural and historical sights within driving distance. The beach really needs cleaning up. It's a receading coast line and there's a lot of debris falling away with it. It has the largest amusement entertainment of any haven park site we've been too. There's one entertainment lounge for grown ups and another for what I would call family entertainment. The plus side of this iz anyone of any age go visit both lounge. On the hole, Rage Tara is a fantastic site. My kids loved the entertainment and the 5 different choices of food vendors. We will be back.”
