“Great little community park. Fairly quiet. Ideal for dog walkers with large green spaces. Great enclosed play park for young kids and there's also a war memorial for those who enjoy historical monuments. There's also an outdoor (gated) gym that has bodyweight machines that is free to use. All areas of the park are usually clean.”

“Great old fashioned social club with wood paneling and fake mirrored widows with friendly bar staff which made for a great atmosphere, as a DJ/entertainer I would go back in a minute. Bobby Mac Disco”

“Stunning wardrobes at a very competitive price. James and Hendry Installations converted my spare bedroom into a walk-in wardrobe and did an excellent job. I wanted open wardrobes and James has fitted stunning wardrobes using quality materials. Hendry Installations built the unit to an incredibly high standard, everything is perfect, they cleaned up as they worked and left my house spotless. I couldn’t be happier, have recommended James & Hendry Installations to friends and I’m going to book him in to fit wardrobes in another bedroom.”

“Just had a beautiful Christmas meal, quite possibly the best Turkey I've ever eaten, and I've had a few Turkey dinners, all the usual stuff with the lovely addition of a large yorkshire pudding, the whole thing was lush and plenty of it. Had a prawn cocktail starter and trio of puddings. Very well worth the money for 3 courses. Only one small negative, and it's minor, was our table of 9 was split into 2 separate tables instead of having us all together. I'd definitely recommend.”

“Did a 12-week stint. The gym is great, staff really helpful. If only users would use the provided spray and paper towels to clean their sweat up after using the aparatus'.”

“Great trails around the Anti Aircraft Battery & little pond, including a cliff walk and forest walk on well made paths. BBQ/picnic table by the pond. Good parking. Lots of dogs.”

“This used to be a desolate and barren grassland when I was young. It's great to see it turn into a proper nature reserve. Really stunning. Well done to those responsible for making it all happen and keeping it tidy.”

“A really peaceful place that is not too far away from the city center, yet you get a feeling that you are away. Saw people walking their dogs, great for dogs but be cautious of broken glass bottles on the ground.”

“Lovely walk and nice wee park for kids to play in to the side of the trail. Various routes to be taken round :) wasn't too busy when we visited on a Sunday morning. Kids had fun finding various gruffalo wooden sculptures.”
