“I have been to this chemist a number of times, and they usually get the prescription done in a timely manner. I know a lot of people in the area have an issues with their new policy, however this is not something new in pharmacy at all, around 2019 NHS England decided that it is the patients responsibility to order their own medication 7 days before they run out, this gives the GP 48 hours to get a prescription ready, and then the pharmacy 48 hours to order medication in and get get it ready for patients to walk in and out, without the waiting.”

“We have been today the 8th of May. Absolutely fantastic service from Paul in the spa, we have been before so knew where everything was. Lovely time in the pool and jacuzzi and not overcrowded. We had a afternoon tea booked after and they brought the time forward for us as we requested with no problem at all. We were served promptly by Paul again who asked if we had enjoyed the spa,which we had. Gorgeous food and choice of sandwiches and cakes. Absolutely spot on. Well worth a visit.”

“We stumbled across this EXCELLENT shop quite by accident looking for an anti pluck vest for Buster, our 20 yr old African Grey. She had a Very Bad experience with an ex partner of my wife. We had tried every remedy and additive etc and nothing worked. The knowledge these girls have about parrots oosed out of the pages of their website. Upon visiting yesterday, finding plenty of good toys and good quality feed and equipment etc, not just for Buster but for Mary our 15 yr old Royal Python. After picking a few items required (some lovely S/H feed bowls very cheap), we spoke to the staff and came away with a completely new plan to help Buster with some great advice given on how to move forward. We will DEFINATELY be back and have found a Real Gem of a place that is firmly in our address book and first port of call for anything Exotic Pet wise. Thnx girls. Buster loved her Breakfast as per her new diet an seeds germinating for her in the next few days. Thnx Again Pete N Deb”

“I have tried everytype of food for a picky eating dog and not one has achieved the results that the food I get from Nell's gets, clean bowl every time, the advice and friendliness of the staff is and has always been spot on, it's a great shop and my go to place for anything dog related, I was recommended there by a friend and have been using for nearly a year now and as I said I tried everything before and nothing works as well as what the team at Nell's advised. They are a very reliable family run business who are willing to go above an beyond to help say for instance they dont have something you require the day you go they will a few days later, very helpful and well priced with a good selection of stock for all animals. “Really enjoyed our stay at Heath House, we were made to feel very welcome and so were our 2 dogs. Lovely room, fabulous house and beautiful gardens and area for dogs to run free! Couldn't fault the breakfast or Jo's hospitality. All in all I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast experience to anyone.”
