“All spoons deserve a 5*. This one deserves a 10. Food and service is top-notch. Access for all mobilities and in an ideal location. Pr8ces are cheap and multiple menus due to Christmas season. Would recommend.”

“Restaurant was busy but the service was still top notch . We had chicken melt , mixed grill and a children’s spaghetti bolognese . Food came out quite quick and was really nice . Emma served us and as always was very attentive and chatty. Atmosphere always friendly and upbeat . This is why we always come back.”

“Fabulous little gem of a place. Love the fact that you are so inclusive for families and children and there is lots to keep the kids occupied. Other venues could learn a lot from you. The food was fabulous, can't fault it, only that maybe could be a bit quicker but I totally understand it was very busy when I attended. Staff are all lovely and very friendly and went out their way to accommodate us during our visits. Hope that you keep up the good work. We will be back soon”

“Went to The Mount for a meal and a catch up with friends, such a lovely pub. The service, food and staff was amazing. The staff made us feel welcome, was really helpful and friendly. The food was cheap, delicious and hot just how we like it. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back.”

“This place is crazy on price. Had my camra vouchers so 50p off each pint, that was 1.99 each. So £1.49 it's like ginger back to 1995 happy hour. Not sure how they make profit. Ales was great to be fair”

“My have stayed here for 3 nights now and due to depart tomorrow. During our stay we had an issue with the heating on the first night and when speaking to a very nice gent called Ryan the next morning he came to the room to sort the problem out straight away. For me it's not if there's a problem but how it's corrected. This was done really quickly and efficiently. The rest of the stay was really good. Great staff and good tasty food. But a special mention should be for Ryan, every time we went downstairs from our room he was there with a smile on his face whether that was 11 o'clock at night or 7 o'clock in the morning he is a real asset. We will be back again.”

“We just finished the boat trip down the river,on lovely sunny day. Get in here,the food being really a great,the drink nice and the whole time,the staff kind,helpful. We choosen Gourmet Steak,Fish and Chips and S. Chicken.It was so good,literally just slid down on our throat. Good value for the prices,nice couple of hours,recommended.”

“Reasonably tasting food for a bargain price. Food arrived within minutes of ordering on the app. Plates were hot. Refillable tea and coffee. And free WiFi to boot as well. Ideal for a cheap breakfast and a catchup.”

“This is absolutely bonkers, you have so much cool and weird things, like Ghetto Golf, with each area to play going for something different and and hip. Drinks and food is a blast as well, really enjoyed it while taking a break from golfing around. Plus great music, lovely staff, and loads of security makes you feel safe and cared for. Essential for going out in Liverpool!”

“We came in tonight for a drink at eight at night we were the only one's in there which was a shame as in the 90's the place was rammed but times have movedon but over 9 quid for two pints of madri and Stella isn't bad the barmaid was lovely would rather drink here than a pub that was once netto”

“Attached to the Premier Inn, and the place to eat food when you stay here. Staff are great and friendly but many people are in this part of the world. Good food hot and serves quickly. Ideal for what we needed after a long drive to the Wirral. Good links to Heswall and other areas of the Wirral and through the tunnels to Liverpool.”

“Love our local the ffrith, the landlord is great, friendly and interacts with everyone. Karaoke nights, quiz nights, live music and bingo it’s the best place around. Fantastic food, food served every day 5* quality. We visit this establishment a few times a week always friendly customers and staff.”

“Second time ordering from Genos and I have to say the food has been amazing. Chicken kebab and Donner kebab with chips. The chicken was juicy, tender and sooo tasty. Donner meat was thinly sliced just how we like it and the meal portions are very generous portion. The salad was very fresh and the bread wraps and chips were lovely. We honestly couldn't fault anything. 10/10”

“Some years since I have visited this pub. Superb service from Ben the manager and the lovely Ann. Service just how it should be. Drinks are excellent at reasonable prices. We all had food. The fish and chips and the scampi and chips with mushy peas were excellent and great value for money. A great well run pub - cannot fault it. Toilets were spotlessly clean and also the Ship is really dog friendly so ideal to visit after a picturesque walk along Sankey Valley to Carr Mill dam. Will definitely be visiting again very soon.”
