“Absolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, outstanding staff & customer service. Very friendly, welcoming & warming welcome! Bar is exceptional - well stocked & great range if different drinks. The breakfast the next day is continental which was absolutely delicious. Fruits & cereal to start with freshly poured tea & coffee & juices. Then a basket of warm pastries, ciabatta, Croissants & a lovely selection of jams. Fresh toast - both white & brown delivered hot to your table. The basket also included delicious salami, cheese & parma ham. Deliziosa!! The rate was very reasonable too for a Saturday night. Dont hesitate in booking here you wont be disappointed!! “I love this chemist I live in Rotherham south Yorkshire I put in for a free NHS prescription by post I put in for my prescription on the 4th with my doctors surgery I got my tablets the morning after bu 24hr tracking with royal mail I am so happy with my experience it's quicker than my old chemist that's just down the road plus I'm disabled so it's a win win honestly it sounds crazy using a chemist in Stockport I'm glad I gave it a go is 10/10 for me”

“My dog GSD stayed on Mothers day weekend March 2025. Cruise seemed to have settled in well and came home happy , I felt so relaxed on the pre visit a month before and on the day and pick up the staff were amazing and they kept me informed he had settled via email and put this anxious fur mamma at ease would 100% use again. My dog is like part of the family and loves Lisa, he doesn't take too many people so this is a massive compliment he can be hard to handle but she handles him with ease!! “Just want to say how amazing this doggy daycare is our black lab Hugo has been coming every single week for 2 and a half years and he absolutely loves it never seen my dog so excited when it’s time to go somewhere! Lee and Marianne the owners Always keep us update with pictures of hugo and his friends and what he gets up to which is lovely to see any questions or worries they are always so quick to assist you. Not forgetting the amazing staff that work there they are all so friendly and welcoming Hugo loves them all and is always please to see them on arrival! The safety measures they have in place you puts you at ease to leave your dog in a safe and happy environment and all the dogs my lab plays with are lovely too! My lab has changed since coming here in the best way and I’d recommend them all day long!!!”

“Visited this place for the first time on 5th May and we loved it. Its lovely to close the gate and feel secure. It's a shame it's on the wrong side of Southport for us but hoping to visit about 3 times a week its worth the effort. Cannot thank the owner enough for providing this service.”

“We have King Charles which we adopted 2yrs ago because his owner died. We've never had a dog so it we needed a lot of advice and help. The Vets and Staff at Parker and Crowther were a tremendous help to us and we can't thank them enough. We took Flash when he was five he's seven now. He went yesterday, they always attend to him extremely well and we always feel reassured. He was very overweight when we adopted him they helped us with all advice and he looks like a different dog now. We love him so much, Our beautiful King Charles (Flash) attended Parker and Crowther vets in Birkdale yesterday for his injection and annual check. They were extremely good to him and treated him in a very professional manner.”

“Needed an appointment quickly as my cat George became ill quite quickly, was given an appointment that morning and within 5 minutes called me back to say there was a cancellation and did I want to come in sooner. Always friendly girls on the desk and Owen was great as he knew George's history with his bladder problems and kept him in to do blood tests and put on a drip , had a phone call about 3 hours later to tell me what they found and what they were doing and got to pick him up that evening. I have always found when I needed an emergency appointment with them that they always get him seen as so as possible.”

“I booked two dogs in for daycare every day for a week, they're both Romanian rescues and one is elderly with dementia. The haven were brilliant with them both, they were excited to go through the gates each morning and one of them didn't want to leave! The staff were absolutely lovely and clearly took really good care of them, they got the biggest bed I've ever seen and they got to play each day, no one seemed to mind that my old one barks constantly and chews things either. I'd definitely recommend, especially if you have a rescue or a dog who isn't the easiest ❤️”

His claw needed some attention, and although I had no appointment Katie was more than happy to assist. The nail clip was over in an instance, and my boy was back to walking well. “Lovely big place, with disabled access. Great freshly cooked breakfast (£7.50 extra) as I only stayed 1 night. Tea/coffee in rooms. Nice and warm & polite, nothing is too much trouble staff. Staying 1 night again soon.”
