“Tonight I ordered a Spicy Lamb and black bean sauce, and I have to say it was perfection. The food was noteworthy, abundant and more importantly, tasteful. “This used to be my go to pizza place but then it went downhill (this isn't the end of the story!). However recently I gave it another go, whilst the pizza's don't have the herbs they used to have (and the rock salt) they have some absolutely lovely ingredients and taste amazing. 5* for Pizza, next time ill try either the kebabs or the burgers but i definitely recommend the pizza over anywhere in the town centre.”

“I was disappointed to see the bad reviews. I think of myself as a good judge in Chinese food as I love it and I must say that I had beef and black bean and the meat was good quality and the sauce and vegetables fresh and crunchy. My husband had the chicken fried rice and eat the entire meal which he never does and thought it was really nice and the curry sauce a great heat. Can't fault the food.”

“Food was delicious! We ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup, crab meat and sweetcorn soup, BBQ spare ribs, crab claws, spring rolls and finally a house special chowmein. some of the best food me and my mum have tasted. Although, it's very unfortunate they do not have "OK sauce" meals as it was my favourite dish at one of their competitors. But none the less, thoroughly enjoyable takeaway!! Would definitely recommend. SUPER MEAL.”

“Update March 2024 Had further pizzas delivered from here recently, all scorching hot and made perfectly, like it used to be about 5 years ago. Disappointed that its closing Update Feb 2024 Just had 2 pizzas delivered, very hot, made to perfection, could have been used on the website they looked so good, nice to see things have improved. Further update Feb 2020 Had one last week, was worried it would take forever and be poor again, it was very good, something must have changed again, hopefully they can keep it up. Old review It used to be the best around, then it went to being the worst for 6+ months, then it came back good again, but yet again its now 1+ hour for delivery etc, cant see it lasting much longer when Dominos gets it perfect every single order”

“After staying at a Britannia Hotel before and being disappointed I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The evening meal was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent some time in the enclosed garden, shielded from the elements. Breakfast was also enjoyable, staff being very helpful and friendly despite obviously being very busy. We only had an overnight stay, but we were made very welcome.”

“Just treated myself to a Singapore chow mein. Absolutely gorgeous. Good portion, load's of meat, VERY tastey, can't fault. Price is great compared to some other places, only downside they don't take cards.”

“Genuinely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve visited. The food is always hot, chips good and nuggets crispy. The only negative is the sauces are quite often not in the bag.. but that’s all part of the McDonald’s experience!”

“I'm giving a 5* review how they dealt with a problem. We went through the drive thru and our meal was wrong (something missing), I spoke to the staff and she sent me straight to the front of the desk, just explained the issue and said it want a big problem we were just being lazy, getting out the car wasn't an issue! They were really apologetic and dealt with it immediately, it really wasn't a big deal - but the service was just great and instead of coming out frustrated because they're checking receipt and doubting what I was saying, they just dealt with it. Good customer service goes a long way. Nice work guys, and thank you”

“Afternoon tea was amazing last week, we booked a table for 12 people and were amazed how good it looked when we all arrived. Table was dressed up It had lots of xmas ribbons and lace thanks to staff member Amy. Food was just brilliant lots of fresh sandwiches, cakes and some lovely warm scones. Fresh coffee and tea offered a few times so we all had lots of fresh drinks. It made our xmas so special. Many thanks to all the staff.”

“Went to this pizza place expecting a lovely 6 star meal arrived and the place looked like it hadnt been hoovered for a week chairs were facing the floor covered in mayo ( which was sour ) when i asked about my order the full grown man behind the counter proceeded to grab me and move me towards him in an aggressive manner. Overall great experience!”
