“A short walk from the tube. Our room was small, but big enough. It had an ensuite with a great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a decent TV. We only stayed one night, and were made to feel very welcomed by everyone there. Excellent value for money too.”

“Been living there for 10 years now ,so happy to be in such a central location and enjoying amazing views! A few issues with lifts but always fixed on a time scale plus heating doesn't really affect me being on west side, anyway in London the heat usually doesn't last very long! ( And always the option to get AC if wanted ) Overall loving living in this iconic building!”

“We are a Spanish family with two young children who stayed at the hotel last week. The experience was excellent. The room was very spacious with two separate large beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. We would like to highlight the professionalism and excellent personal service of the receptionist, Jugal Shah, who selflessly helped us during a difficult time. We are very grateful, and if we return to London, we will definitely stay at the Axiom again.”

“What a nice and comfortable place this is ! When my kids were almost grown-up, I slightly broken my neck and felt like visiting the UK . I knew this hotel occasionally and stayed with much satisfaction. Since the visit , I have been to the UK four times. But I always book a room of this hotel before buying a ticket to Heathrow. The staffs are very very warm.”

“It is best to order the food in person that way you would not get cold/stale food. I waited 25 mins after placing my order in person and the food was piping hot and tasty.”

I've been there like 6 times in the last half year and never had an issue. To be honest I always do collection in the store and wait so the pizza is always warm and never got the wrong order.”

“Delicious wholesome food, clean nice packaging and generous portions. Bit pricey but worth it. We ordered Japanese stir fried udon noodles pork (L), Japanese crispy dumpling (Gyoza) standard chicken & vegetable (7), Crispy Szechuan Aromatic Duck with Extra Pancakes (6) and extra spring onions & cucumbers. Food was perfect the noodles were not swimming in grease nice and dry. Dumplings were very crispy but soft at the same time. Crispy duck was also very delicious. The service was really quick and efficient. Will order again !!!”

“Stayed here for new years eve 2022 and straight away I felt welcomed as soon as I got there, grabbed a drink at the bar & then checked in quickly. Managed to get a bottom bunk for the night and the bed was super comfy! You can also get a (simple) breakfast for £3 in the morning which was a life saver for me on a hangover before brunch. Victor was working during my stay and he was brilliant, taking care of anything I needed help with! Thank you Victor! My pro tip is to remember to take a photo of the inside door code before leaving it on your bed clip & heading out (I almost didn't think of it) and that for check out you have to bring down your linen (luckily I spotted this on a notice on the wall, maybe I missed this info during check in) :)”

“£3.50 nuggets and chips. Can't go wrong. All the times I've ordered food is cooked fresh and has never been stale. Staff are polite and service is generally pleasant and efficient. I'd choose this over McDonald's any day of the week.”

“I had a truly wonderful experience at the Castle Centre. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the customer service was a perfect 10/10. The receptionist, Abdul, was extremely polite and helpful. He explained the membership prices clearly and took his time to make sure I understood everything, which meant a lot to me as I have a learning disability. In all my years visiting the Castle Centre, I have never met anyone as kind, patient, and supportive as Abdul. He really went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for his outstanding service.”

“Honestly not sure what the other reviews here were on about, ordered through Deliveroo so didn't see the negative Google reviews but the ones on Deliveroo seemed good enough that we gave it a shot. Ordered the meal for 3 people which is listed as 39.50, but the app discounts brought it down to 30. The food portions were large and delicious. Individual reviews for each dish that came with the meal - Chow Mein - Hearty and flavorful with plenty of meat mixed in unlike a lot of other takeouts that have mostly veggies with the noodles Sweet and sour chicken - Not sickeningly sweet like some places but a well made sauce with batter fried coated chicken Beef in black sauce - was listed as spicy but was pleasantly savory with just a small kick, the beef itself was tender King prawn with mushrooms - Pretty good, nothing unique but nothing shabby, quite a few prawn pieces too Mixed Vegetables - Again, as good as you can get from a takeout Egg fried rice - Solid with a good amount of egg, not overly dry but not sloppy or greasy Crispy duck - tender but crispy not dry, the hoisin sauce was incredible and the pancakes and spring vegetables were a welcome addition Prawn crackers - can never have too many of these and they delivered, a massive bag full! All of this, and for 30 quid (obviously with the app discounts but 40 is still a solid deal for three people, this could feed four and still have leftovers) Can't vouch for other dishes on the menu obviously but this is what I had and my stomach was perfectly fine in the days after lmao, would order again for sure”

“I've always ordered via online or the app and never had a problem. We had 2 large Pizzas and 2 sides and now feeling stuffed. I see there have been negative reviews here, but from my perspective I've never had a problem in over 12 years!”
