“Went to the store to buy new shoes and the store manager Ediz was so kind, attentive and helpful, it was a pleasure shopping at sketchers the slip ins are amazing and I would recommend the new ones they have. Perfect for if you are on your feet everyday. I come home and my feet aren’t sore and during the day they are so so comfortable. “The staff are so helpful and are always on hand to help with shoe fittings, returns and exchanges. My encounter with the Clarks staff (Manisha and Ulfet) has always been brilliant especially although occasionally there has been a break down of communication with management. My only negative feedback would be they lack variety in terms of smart casual attire.”

“Firstly, staff. Their customer service is amazing, they couldn't be more avaliable to help and couldn't do enough for you. Secondly, stock and range. They had a wide and big variety of shoes to choose from for anybody with feet. Their store is not very big but its like a tardis, they have mo shortage of great shoes to choose from. The displays were beautifully laid out, couldn't put a foot wrong. I've shopped in there twice before and always look forward to going back everytime I'm in Chelmsford. Its the place to go.”

“Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”
