She went above and beyond to explain how the medication will help and suggested other things that would help. She was caring, helpful and funny. Please can this be passed on to her superiors as she deserves all the recognition for her excellent service. I always want to be served by her. Someone please give this lady a raise. I’ve been in before with issues and whoever served me in the past didn’t know what they are doing. Missing prescription, long delays, just a mess. Annie is an asset to the ‘walk in’ pharmacy”

“Had a lovely girl serve me at the kiosk ( around 5:30 ish she was originally on the self checkout) - she had blonde hair and a nose ring. She was so friendly and we had a lovely conversation - and communicated she was getting used to the till but the service was super quick. Having been on my work break and having such a nice staff experience is something that puts a smile on my face. Such a kind girl - should definitely be awarded.”
