“After being let down by a dog walker we came across Cuddles A Plenty and after speaking to Dionne we thought we would give them a try. Cash has now been coming for around 10 months and loves it, it's always nice to see what he's been up to when pictures of the day have been posted. You can tell Dionne, Richard and the whole team love all the dogs, they're always putting on activities and raffles to help dog charities. Would 100% recommend Cuddles A Plenty to anyone with a dog.”

“Just collected our Ragdoll cat Aslan from a 2 week stay with Linda. Linda looked after him so well and I’m so happy I’ve found this lovely home from home for our fur baby to stay when we go away in the future. I now know I can go away without feeling guilty about leaving him as I know he was very well looked after. Thank you for taking such good care of him. I can highly recommend Linda and I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.”

“Our second time with coxmoor and we were really happy with the staff and service again. Coxmoor staff were brilliant, so professional and a pleasure to deal with. They sent us daily updates and photos to put our mind at rest. Really happy and would 100% recommend boarding your dog at Coxmoor. We will be returning again. “Dog-centred, professional care from staff who clearly love their job. Our cocker spaniel leaves the car with anticipation of having a good time ! There is a care plan for each dog which seeks to meet their individual needs. Owners are invited to see the individual kennel in which their dog will stay. These are always very clean with adequate heating in cooler months . Our dog loves exercising with other dogs and is very confident as an outcome. Evidence of this demonstrated by photos taken by the staff who walk with them. In hot weather paddling pools are provided for dogs to cool off ! Any health concern is dealt with immediately and checked by a local vet if there is any doubt, this is covered by Belvoir Kennels' Insurance policy. We will continue to use Belvoir Kennels without any hesitation.”

“Little Lane is a fantastic place that really cares for my dog each week - the owners are incredibly friendly and professional, they clearly understand all the dogs that they look after and take the time to ensure the dogs have positive interactions and experiences. Our dog Chewy felt welcome and settled in to the Little Lane family pack straight away - the staff give us great feedback at the end of his day, which is also insightful. He cries with excitement when we turn on to the driveway in the morning, and he usually doesn’t want to leave with me at the end of the day, much to my embarrassment!! It is good value for money, and excellent quality ear ruffles.”

Bay obviously adores them both and she came home in great shape both physically and mentally. “THE BEST LUXURY CATTERY! We were so incredibly happy with the level of care our kitten, Skylar, had during her stay with Jane. We went to view the various lodge rooms before we booked, and we were very suprised with the space of the lodges and the ammenities included (such as TV, an actual bed, catio, etc). The prices were amazing too, so we knew Skylar had to stay here instead of a standard cattery! She definitely took a few days to adjust being away from us for the first time, and Jane was excellent at helping her adjust. She put a pet remedy diffuser in the room & even gave her different food to try and encourage her to eat when she wasn't eating at all. I had complete trust in Jane to look after our fur baby so well, and I am so glad that we left our kitty in her care. We have found a cattery Skylar will be going to for life & have booked in again already for an even bigger room! Thank you so much for nothing being too much trouble, for making our Skylar feel so comfortable and loved, and for the regular pictures & updates, you are amazing!”

“What a brilliant cattery! My rather nervous elderly rescue cat, Angel, stayed for 4 weeks. I could see from the updates and photos I received that, thanks to Hayley’s wonderful care, Angel was very relaxed and happy throughout her stay. It’s clear that Hayley is devoted to cats and ensures that each guest gets lots of love and attention during their stay. The suites were spacious and spotlessly clean. “I would highly recommend this cattery to look after your cats. Carl has recently looked after my cats and service has been excellent. He has gone way and beyond and my cats have come back home happy and they have adapted pretty soon to being back home as they were with him for 3 weeks. Its the second time that he has taken care of them and they will definately be back. “I have nothing but praise for Samfio. I boarded our 2 cats Lottie and Stanley for 2 and a half weeks while we went on our honeymoon and to say I was nervous was an understatement! They are my world and I wanted to find somewhere perfect for them as I've never boarded them before. From the start, I was put at ease and was given regular updates while we were away. When I picked them up, they had so much fun they didn't want to come home! Honestly! They were both so well looked after and were really healthy and happy. Samfio even bought Stanley the bengal some ping pong balls for him to play with! I wouldn't board them anywhere else now and if anyone else is apprehensive about boarding their cats like I was, trust the amazing ladies at Samfio because they are just fantastic! “My dog(Bonnie) has been coming to Ruffles since she was a puppy and we absolutely love it here! She uses the daycare and grooming facilities and we've always had a positive experience. All the day care staff are lovely and the manager Ryan is always accommodating. We wouldn't go anywhere else! x”

“Little Ronnie is a little fussy guy at the best of times but he loves coming here. He struggles with dogs but he's become a lot more confident and welcoming since going to Heartland. The Team are amazing and always make us feel welcome and help out when I need to change bookings at short notice. Best doggy daycare/overnight stop in the area without a doubt.”

“It was our first time leaving our vizsla with Bridge house, we have tried a few other kennels with "luxury" facilities but our dog has not come home in better shape and condition than when he went here. The positivity started when they owner wanted to meet Axel, we got a full guided tour and I could see how much they cared for dogs. I was spoken through all my options in regards to food and told how his day would pan out. I was really pleased to hear that Axel would be visited regularly and given a couple of small walks per day. In previous kennels he has not been walked and as a high energy dog he needs exercise. Axel came home after 10 days in top condition, I was ready to bath him and give his bedding a good wash.... but their was no need! He had been given a bath and smelt amazing and was super soft, his bedding and toys had also had a wash!. I was so impressed with this , and I have never experienced this before even with "luxury" high end kennels. The staff made sure he was given his filled kong every day and his evening bone (we provided these). As I saw Axel being bought out for collection, prior to him noticing us he was trotting along with the staff, so happy. The owner even called the next day to apologise for not being on site during collection and a few miscommunication regarding pick up time. I would 100000% recommend and leave my dog here again. He has come home, happy, healthy and smelling delightful. Thank you x”

“First time I have used this kennel and it’s now the only kennel I’ll use. Took two dogs of mine and they came back so happy (came back very nervous from other kennels) I had photos sent to me on request and a video and it was so nice to see them happy running around whilst I was away. They also had a bath whilst there. The kennel seemed extremely clean. Thank you so much.”

“We stayed here for a quick over night stop while looking at a new car, the garage booked the room for us, and there is nothing bad about this stunning, funky Stay. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, the room was small but lovely decorated, clean and tidy, lovely bed and pillows. Nice little sun area, lawn etc, nice full breakfast, couldn’t ask for more. It’s a little close to the main road, so if you a light sleeper, may keep you up. It’s not a busy road though, but can be heard, wasn’t a problem for us. Overall 5 stars Good safe parking”
