Between laura and kev who made sure everything was done properly got everything working again which took a good couple of hours or even more, neither of them grumbled they went far and beyond to find the fault and fixed it and made sure everything on my vehicle left in perfect condition. “Very helpful. Had found a dress I liked in another store but not in my size. Chichester held my size, not my local store, but i was passing the following week. When I tried it on, it gaped a bit on shoulders. They suggested petite size, which I ordered, for delivery to winchester( a more local store). I tried it on in store, and it is perfect. It was in the sale, so I was very happy and the assistance from all the branches was exceptional.”

“Popped in on Saturday to get a couple of car keys cut, after being pointed in the direction by another shop that couldn't cut them. Glad I did. Friendly owners & very helpful. Cut my keys in a few minutes (& they work perfectly). A bit cheaper than some other places too. The store covers lots of different repairs, other than shoe repairs & keys, like phone/tablet/games console repairs, zip repairs/replacements, leather restoration, stitching & patching. Believe they will be doing immobiliser car key replacements/repairs soon too. So, if you need something fixed, recon you'll get a good response here.”

“Firstly, I normally shop in Primark. We went to the store today to buy a suit for my son's prom. We were served initially by one gentleman. (I didn't get his name, but he was a recent starter) and his service was excellent. While we were choosing a shirt, Freddie came into the conversation. He directed us in the right direction for a shirt and gave good advice for the colour of a tie. I never shop in places like Hackett as I find them slightly intimidating. Freddie and his colleague were polite, helpful and gave really good advice. The tailoring service was required to shorten the trouser legs and this was arranged without any fuss or stress. All in all, a very positive experience with excellent staff.”

They have a great range of kit and whites for junior sizes and I can get everything he needs from here. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. It's a bit off the beat and track, out of the city centre but Maps leads you to It's location well and there is plenty of parking. They also have a good range of clothes and kit for other sports. Highly recommended.”
