“Excellent location. Convenient and large, with especially amazing selection of beers, coders, wines and liquor. If you have any favourite flavour or brand. Chances are good you’ll find it here, paired with rare and unusual crisps. Produce and meats are fresh and plentiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of self-checkout lines really cut down on waiting times. The only downside is the price - slightly higher overall than other stores in the area, but worth it for the quality and sortiment.”

Alessia was incredibly helpful and patient with me, and spent a lot of time helping me try on many different shoes, including a lot of weird sizing requests, as apparently I don't know my own foot size, and digging out the matching pair for display shoes which I found more comfortable. I came, expecting to browse and consider my options for future purchase, as I'm very indecisive and have weirdly shaped feet. I left, very happy, with two pairs of shoes, due to exceptional customer service.”

Staff were very friendly with ordering for collection in store as they were out of stock. Hopefully I may get some more in the future as they looked great quality and I love them for cycling in and casual wear. “Big store which is great as there are not many New Look around UK and many have been closed, please keep it open! I love shopping there. I don't really like the fact they now they only do e-receipts which can cause issues but this is a New Look thing. My internet connection wasn't working when I made a initially purchase and then realised afterwards that my student discount was not put in by one of the staff members or perhaps a glitch. I went in the following week and one of the staff members kindly sorted this out for me. Erin showed me 5* customer service and made my shopping experience good and will definitely be coming back for that reason. Thank you Erin. :)”
