I urgently needed a Christmas top for my husband but couldn't find any...Callum could see l needed help and showed me where the few left were, and when the size l needed wasnt on the shop floor, checked the stockroom and found one for me...what a star. “I used the lift for my party of 3people to visit upstairs area of next,made a couple of purchases from the sale shelfs,found the lady on the till very pleasant & jolly to say she was having to work on boxing day ! ..we then went across into costa for a cuppa, which was quite busy,counter serving staff were very pleasant & even later gave table service delivery with our toasts & tea cake order after our drinks were made ! .....Only down side was the rude lady pensioner with a walking stick who barged in & set up camp on 1 of the 2 tables we already had wile i was @ the counter , forcing 3 of us round a table for 2 with our drinks ,luckily a larger table for 3 came available for us to move before the hot food arrived , why do these old folk think they have the rite over everyone else who's younger ? it beats me how rude & arrogant they can be .”

“Well what can I say . After visiting other suit retailers on the same stretch who totally ignored us even entering the shop . This was a visit that was friendly, professional but fun . Really easy going gentleman who I could genuinely talk to for hours . Polite courteous and genuine nice person . Nick we thankyou so much for your help with the two jackets and trousers and accessories on our visits today. Made our nephew feel comfortable too who struggles with certain situations he wanted to go back and try a suit jacket on himself ready for his prom . Cannot thankyou enough .
