“Wow. What amazing service today. I went in to buy a hair styling product. Found what I was looking for quite quickly. I went to the counter to pay Lovely lady named Jill serving. I asked if I could use my reward points to buy this item. “ of course “. Was the reply. Then she told me it was on offer multi buy. I rushed over to get another identical item. There weren’t any more on the shelf. So when I returned to the counter. Jill kindly offered to order it in for me. I would still be able to use my reward points and get the multi buy offer. “Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”
