“This is a great little shop, the staff are all friendly, and are all ready and willing to help you if needed, and they do stock a wide variety of food, drink and other household goods. Along with the main shop, they have a post office, an Evri parcel drop off and collection point, as well as facilities to do your household washing and drying. Parking is easy too, as they have a reallybig car park, which is free to use.”

“Came for a 'posh' fish and chips with my sister on Saturday afternoon. It was a Virgin gift voucher from my friends. We were seated straight away and all the staff were really lovely. Modern decor. The fish and chips were delicious and we also enjoyed the fizz that came with it. Great first impression of the place and we will certainly call in again. Thank you for a lovely time.”

“after a visit a very dismissive pharmacist I tried my look at boots. I spoke to the lady at the desk at the pharmacy. The lady was very understanding and met me with compassion about my issue and asked for me to see the pharmacist. The pharmacist was also very compassionate and prescribed me some things to help and has asked me to come back in a weeks time for her to review the condition. I'll always come to boots if I need to see a pharmacist in future. 10/10 service all round.”

“Visited the Grand Junction Crewe Boots today and the customer service we received from Karolina was superb. She was so helpful and very friendly. She was manning the till area on her own, and there was not any other staff around, but she still took time to help us with an item that was not readily available on the shop floor. She checked stock, she sourced the item from the back storage and was just so pleasant and smiley. A real credit to Boots. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took an interest in our plans.
