“As someone who, over the years, hasn't needed to visit my GP often, I have recently needed a lot of help & support for an ongoing medical issue. Dr Feghali has been excellent, thoroughly professional & determined in her investigations for me. I cannot thank her enough. Mention must also go to the reception staff.... yes, it can be difficult to get through to the surgery at peak times but once connected, the call-handlers are helpful & in my experience, do their best to "sign-post" me appropriately. “Go above and beyond to help I have agoraphobia and social anxiety they let me wait in the car till me appointment is up it’s so much more helpful than having to sit with strangers dr dougas is amazing they let me order my prescription over the phone as I’m house bound can always get a an appointment they let me bring my little service dog Lola”

“I very rarely write reviews but I must thank Kate the pharmacist and the kind gentleman assistant for going the extra mile to ensure that I received my prescription even though it had been wrongly sent to another pharmacist by my doctor. They were both very helpful and friendly. Kate spent time sorting out the doctors error and telephoning the other pharmacist so that I had my much needed medication.”

“I always booked my appointment online using patient access. I have to keep checking to see if any appointments came available. But that’s better than waiting in a long queue on the phone. All the doctors I have been seen by at the surgery have been caring, compassionate and extremely helpful. I am never rushed during an appointment and always feel as if they have listened. In particular I’d like to give praise to Dr Wilcox and Dr Wooley. They are brilliant and I can’t thank them enough for there support and advice over the years. If you manage to get an appointment with these doctors then you’re in good hands.”
