“This is my vets of choice. Fantastic service and the staff are all friendly; you can see their passion for animal care and animals themselves. The staff treat each animal as if they were their own, which means I trust them and comfortable leaving my dog in their care; which means I worry less and are not as nervous as I would be. The emotions are still there, as they appear every time he isn't by my side but I'm not pacing and chewing off my nails while phoning the vets every two minutes to inquire about him. The staff quickly put you at ease as well. The staff listen to what you tell them about your pet and even remember it on your next visit! They make you feel as if your pet is the only patient that they have. You can ask as many questions and they'll happily answer them. The prices aren't too bad either, they do quite a few deals that are really good value for money. The pricing actually quite fair, for the average person, it is actually manageable, depending on the size of the dog, you could get your animal castrated, chipped and its starter injections from as little as £110 pounds which is a bargain. You don't actually have to re mortgage your house every time you book a vet appointment, haha. You can also go in anytime to get your pet weighed and get dietary advice if you need it. I cannot fault the place. I now will never go to another vets! (Excluding out of hours of course, I'd take my dog if he needed to go there)”

“Farath, who works at Boots Capehill, was really patient and polite when I went back into the shop to ask why I didn’t get my student discount with my Boots card. I felt a bit nervous and bad going back in because it seemed like a silly thing to make a fuss about for just £2 off, but Farath made me feel it was a reasonable, she was being kind and friendly, which I really appreciated, thank you.”

She was pleasant and polite and soooo help I’d like management to know of this and pass on our compliments. Even giving us advice on Asda’s new exceptional products. We had some in our shop as well. Saleem was very helpful and did comment about the type of antibiotic that had been prescribed, saying it was perhaps not the best thing to be taking - he was absolutely spot in as my daughter received a call from nhs england stansards, following test results, advising her to stop taking them immediately as they would make things worse. “Thank you to the pharmacist that helped me this evening, I asked for a certain item however she actually recommended something else for my symptoms, and without asking explained exactly how the medicine works and why the medication I asked for is no good with my condition. I ended up leaving feeling much more optimistic about getting better and so much more knowledged, she made me feel like she cared and went above and beyond to talk to me, I went to the doctors in the morning and felt more hopeful leaving the pharmacy then I did the doctors appointment. And in general this boots really stands out I’ve never had a bad experience with any pharmacy but this one has wonderful staff that want to help you.”

However, I did notice that there are fewer counter staff than before, as some checkout lanes have been replaced with automated robots. While I understand the efficiency benefits of this technology, I do miss the personal touch and interaction with human staff. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at this supermarket. The wide range of products, convenient location, and loyalty program make it a great choice for anyone in the West Bromwich area. While the reduction in counter staff is a drawback, it's not enough to detract from the overall positive experience. “I must admit, I only popped in to use the cash point, of which there's 3 and all working, and the toilet which was fairly clean for 7.00pm, it looked busy, plenty of working tills and staff in sight. The trolley parks were tidy and a large clean car park. I cant comment on much more.”
