“Took a walk to this little local Asda to get cash out for a car repair. Did a small shop and (unusually for me) paid cash at a self-service till. The till was a bit on the slow side to register things but I thought nothing of it until, during my walk home, I realised I'd collected my coin change but not the £5 note. Dashed back expecting the cash to have disappeared, only to find the till staff appearing to expect me - one lady who had scanned my vouchers for me had found the note, reprinted my receipt and handed it over without question. Very happy with the staff, so helpful and honest!”

“I went into this branch last week at approximately 5:30pm to get something to sooth my bunion pain on my foot. I spoke to a very polite Asian lady behind the counter. This lady was so polite and she showed me many options which I made a choice from at ease, without being pushed to buy certain products. The product I bought was very helpful and it has helped with my pain. I will go in next week to thank the lady who helped me. I did notice that despite helping me to find the right thing for my foot the Asian lady had many customers who she also helped whilst talking to me which I found to be very effective and talented.”

“I don't know why people rate them low, I have being in different surgeries for the last 12 years and I have never felt more human and being treated with dignity more then I did at this surgery. I always go back to them even when I moved to an area which they don't cover. I can set here all day numbering and counting their good behaviour and good practice and their patience with customers and I will never finish. I couldn't thank them enough for their efforts to get better and they are one of the few surgeries who are transparent in their work with full access to your records and also make appointments online. Maybe you had bad experience but I believe if you give them a chance and be kind they would go the Extra mile for you. Trust me all it takes is an act of kindness and respect.”

“I can’t begin to fathom the state of some of these reviews. I think people are getting confused with issues that are the doctors surgery fault as opposed to the pharmacy. When the doctor prescribes you something and tells you it’s next door, how do people expect it to magically appear in the matter of minutes? How do people not comprehend that? Now that I’ve got that off my chest, all I can say is that I have been going to this pharmacist for the last 20 years, I have seen the staff get verbally abused over things that aren’t their fault or in their control yet they still stay professional and friendly and try to help as much as they can. They have a great selection of over the counter items that are organised well so you can quickly find where everything is. All the staff work so hard which I really appreciate, thank you to all for their hard work and as for those who leave such ridiculous and cruel reviews, I think you need to find something better to do with your time then moan about inevitable queues and the fact that your prescription isn’t ready at the drop of a hat. Keep up the good work lloyds team!”
