“We took our German Shepherd in for a well overdue groom and he came home looking incredible and feeling great. I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure how he would react to the grooming, but I didn't need to worry about anything. Meredith texted me an update halfway through to let me know he was doing well and when we picked him up we were amazed how relaxed and comfortable he was. Previous groomers were stressful because he can be dog reactive and there would always be other dogs around. At Bark & Co he got individual attention and they made sure there was no overlap between clients, which has made a massive difference (for both the dog and myself!). We're looking forward to his next groom and were so impressed with how he got along with Meredith that we've booked on some teeth cleaning as well.”

“Me and my grandma got our 2 Lhase Apso dogs booked in yesterday for a cut, bath and blow dry. We are happy with the cut and they smell nice. Also picked up and drop off for us which was a help because its hard when have no transport. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Had a behaviourist session with Tony. Very thorough and helpful. He gave clear instructions on how to deal with issues our dog is having with barking at other dogs. Reasonable rates with a a follow up session to check in after. Tony used to walk our previous dog and was amazing with her. Couldnt recommend his services more! 10/10 dog walker and dog behaviourist”

“Helen has been instrumental in the development of my dog Murphy as he found his paws in my home. This first began with puppy visits and there were several times where Helen sent me messages of some of the misdemeanors my pup had been getting up to. Nothing fazed her though and on several occasions she went the extra mile and cleared up items such as the destroyed bin (yes I forgot to take it out one day) without hesitation. Murphy has also had the fortune of stopping at Helen's where I was sent regular updates, it was clear to see he very much felt at home whilst he was with her. Murphy is always pleased to see Helen, if our paths cross out on a walk she makes the time to stop and say hello and Murphy gets so excited seeing her which as an owner is completely reassuring to watch. I found the terms in the contract to be very fair and communication is great, she'll happily discuss all things dog with you and has been really helpful in giving suggestions as Murphy has grown. I know Murphy has thrown out a few challenges along the way but Helen has adapted with some of the medical changes that have been needed and she is really patient and supportive. I'm really pleased that Murphy is now old enough to go out for longer adventures with Bella's Buddies as I'm happy in the knowledge that he is safe, in a caring environment and is totally enjoying himself.”

“After hunting for quite a while for the perfect dog walker for Archie, we found them with houndville! We went into the shop the enquire and was booked in for a meet and greet initially with lea, she came around to our home to meet arch and got on so well with him automatically put us at ease! She explained the start process how to register and talked through his traits! We have been with houndville now for approximately 7 months and love them! Easy booking systems for either morning or afternoon walks and easy payments too bonus that we get snapshots of what he’s been up to through his walk and sometimes a little treat from the bakery too! Phoebe is brilliant with him now and he loves the team and his other doggie friends!”

“Dan has dog sat for our retriever Tom many times and he is so friendly and caring and more importantly Tom loves him. Tom is always happy and settled when we return and doesn't seem to notice that we have been away! Dan always communicates well when we are away, sending us updates and photos of Tom and always leaves the house clean and tidy too :) Thank you Dan for providing such a good service, we know that Tom is in excellent hands with you :)”

Extremely professional, excellent communication and fantastic at what he does ❤️ my spaniel is normally very nervous going into the groomers but she was totally relaxed for her pamper today. The salon is beautifully done creating a warm, homely environment for the dogs. Would highly recommend.”

“Highly recommend Laura if you are looking for a cat groomer. We've really struggled to find anyone locally so it's fantastic we have now found someone to help us keep on top of grooming our British Longhair Henry. She was really patient with him and did a fantastic job removing some large mattes from him. We've booked in again for in 6 weeks time and plan to now have him groomed with Laura on a regular basis.
