The hotel has really upped its game recently, and the rooms—especially the executive rooms—are delightful. They are extremely clean, furnished to high standards, and come with everything you could possibly need, including high-quality extras. You know a hotel is top-tier when they stock The White Company shampoos and conditioners—absolutely superb! If we were to make one small suggestion, it would be to add a standing wardrobe in the larger rooms so clothes can be hung up easily. Apart from that, the stay is exceptional—especially thanks to the brilliant management team, and of course, Naz. Without her, the place isn’t quite the same in terms of service! “After using Excels service for over 20 years, I can't knock the friendly, helpful staff. Very prompt with repeat prescriptions and notify me when it's ready to collect. The pharmacist will advise on any health issues and it's a lot quicker getting jabs ie Flu, at Excel, than trying to get an appt at the GP... Keep up the good work Excel Chemist!”

Lennon my doggy really feels calm and at home when he goes to K9 Kutz, Michelle is so gentle and caring and grooms the dog in a really calm and quiet environment. She does a fantastic job and is very professional. I would highly recommend her services as a dog lover herself, she really takes her time and makes Lennon feel special. One Happy Customer who will be using her dog grooming services again and again.”

“It's not a fancy hotel, but we certainly got everything that we could expect at the price. Room was small, but clean and cosy. Similarly for the rest of the place. We shared the bathroom with the rest of the guests, but it was never an issue. Kitchen is rather small too, with two places to sit at the table. It is possible to cook simple meals here, fridge is available, there's some of the basic stuff available too (tea, coffee, sugar, salt...). There's CCTV in the shared areas to make sure that nothing malicious is happening (not the bathroom). Kitchen is closed at night. The place is calm and quiet. The owners, who live nextdoor, were nice. The lady showed us the place on arrival and explained everything. There is private parking area with enough room for several vehicles, so that was nice too. Overall we were very happy during our stay :)”

“The love and understanding these Ladies have for dogs is like nothing I've seen before. When they meet a new pup its impossible to tell who is more excited - the dog or them! The Service they offer is professional and very reasonably priced, and unlike alot of similar dog walking businesses, you really do get that personal touch. Bravo. Ten out of ten.”
