“I went to the ironmongers, asking for something to deal with a rat infestation. The man behind the counter said "Have you tried Boots?" I said "I want to poison them, not kick them to death." Apart from that, great staff and service here. Don't use the little car park behind, though, without very carefully checking the parking rules. Instead, use Waitrose for up to 90 minutes' free parking.”

“I booked an appointment with the pharmacy for my covid jab. I arrive on time and was greeted by friendly staff and seen on time, and the injection was done by Syeda in a very professional manner. The waiting area before the injection was great with seating and other clients waiting all chatting to each other. The main part of the pharmacy was well stoked and I will certainly be using this pharmacy in the future for my medical needs etc. Brian Tew”

“One of few pharmacies that's open after 8 PM in Brighton. I was visiting Brighton for a short stay and got a sore through after a windy weekend. Found that this place was still open in the evening and went there to buy a cough syrup. The young man at the front desk was very helpful.”

“As someone who works in pharmacy I understand how things work. As I was passing, I went in to buy some eye drops (Ps) however they were out of stock. The young girl (long dark hair) serving had great customer service and was very apologetic, however l know stock deliveries aren't as reliable as they used to be and short supply is rife in medicine at the moment, so no worries. Despite the horribly impatient person in front of me she was lovely and smiley.”
