“Had a lovely lunchtime cocktail and cheese/ meat board. Delicious - onion chutney is one to try! Staff were attentive and great to talk to. Highly recommend. Small intimate feel to the place, we felt very welcome.”

“Had an excellent dining experience tonight, cannot recommend it highly enough! Friendly staff, excellent food, lovely wine and super service. Although we only had a couple of the pasta dishes, we could have chosen anything off the menu and it would have been succulent I feel. “Found this little Inn by chance. Well presented and clean. We only had drinks and a quick snack however it was well presented and good value. We noticed that they had a special offer on a buy one get one free on all main courses which we felt was excellent value. Large beer garden which had small area of play equipment in. Friendly staff. Campsite at the back of the pub - we didn’t visit so are unable to comment on the camping area. The noise from the adjacent M5 and railway track was quite noticeable and I can imagine may upset some people.”

“Omg the fish was beautiful, the best fish and chips I've had in a long time . The inside eating are very clean and tidy service excellent. It's cash only tho folks so be prepared. Toilets available clean and tidy.”

“The perfect venue for a 40th birthday, the Library felt as special as the staff made us feel throughout. Food was amazing and of course the cocktails and range of local beers top notch. We’ve popped by a few times for drinks or food, which always feels like a treat date night. Highly recommend.”

“We have just had a Christmas get together here and it was superb. There were 13 of us for a festive lunch. The food was delicious. The turkey and vegetables cooked to perfection. All courses were lovely and tasty. Service was amazing. Thoroughly recommend.”

“We had our first Christmas party with our new boss's & we had a lovely time waitress called Beth & she had a challenge setting our table. She was on the ball very helpful always polite full of smiles. Hats off to her we were very loud we hope she has a great time working as a waitress it's not the easiest job in the world & I'm sure there are going to be tables that are not as nice as ours. I wish her the best.”

“We came here after reading a few recommendations, and they were absolutely right! We had the vegetable pakora and the lamb chops for starters, paneer chilli masala, lamb five jewels, pilau rice and kulcha nann. It was all very fresh and super flavourful, the meat was tender, can't fault this meal. Plenty of choice for both carnivores and vegetarians. Friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back!”

“This bar is amazing. Best, tasty and coldest beer in town and the food was delicious. I travelled through here on our recent trip from Australia. Can’t get this place out of my head. “Absolutely fantastic. Warm welcome on arrival and great all round service. We visited on a Thursday which is fish/seafood special night - two courses for £20 - and worked out to be great value. I had five spice calamari followed by Goan fish curry - both were super tasty and cooked to perfection. My other three guests all tried the fish/seafood special but choosing different things and loved it. Really enjoyed our night so highly recommended”
