“Oliwia was fantastic! So friendly, attentive and helpful. She was patient as we decided and checked on us several times. My husband and I both ordered filets. They were delicious, however mine was one notch above the temp I requested. But I didn’t say anything as the cut was a good quality so it was enjoyable. The chips and sides we ordered were also delicious. The Diane and Peppercorn sauces didn’t taste very different (they may use the same base for both) but they have several sauces to choose from which is nice. You can tell this place specializes in burgers and steaks so it’s a good go to if you’re in the mood for either. The waitstaff goes above and beyond to make you feel looked after (with several people checking in with us throughout our meal). Ask for Oliwia if you stop by!”

“We have hosted our Office Christmas Party at Zerodegrees in Bristol twice now, and have had extremely positive experiences both times. We are a large group of 300, and the venue was perfect. The event manager Paul was extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough to help, ensuring the party went smoothly. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and ensured we had the best time. The food was great (we opted for a buffet style) and it was perfect for the guests, we had plenty and the venue kept replenishing ensuring food was fresh and we had what we needed. They also took allergies very seriously and ensured everything was clearly labelled. The venue is perfect for a mix of standing and seating, making it accessible for all and great for the whole evening (from eating and chatting earlier in the night, to plenty of room for dancing later on!) Thank you so much to the whole Zerodegrees team for making our night fantastic!”

“We stayed overnight and loved it. The room was really comfortable and had a nice view over the river. The pub serves really good food and the staff are really friendly. It is also dog friendly which was great as we had our pup with us. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Reserved a table on Saturday evening in restaurant just half an hour before we came which was great. Quite full with good atmosphere, but food still came quickly. Particularly loved the mini Sicilian lemon tart... delicious! Friendly servers. Seems like a very popular place with a mix of people eating including families with young kids esp in the bar area. “Dont normally do reviews but I had my sons 18th birthday family meal there was 30 of us. here and what a great experience we had from the time we went in till the time we left. We were all greeted with with a friendly atmosphere the stuff couldn’t do enough for us. Food was fantastic and bought out in a good time frame seems there was 30 of us ordered at the same time plus other people in the restaurant too. Big thanks to Lisa hollie and Gary and the two chefs for making my son’s special meal go to plan. Was a great experience from start to finish so thank you very much. Would definitely recommend this restaurant good food friendly stuff good atmosphere.”

“Really friendly staff always happy to help. It’s actually the first place I try to get a room when I know I’m working close. But to be honest I even traveled an hr from site just to stay at this specific hotel. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment and I always jump in the sauna after and sometimes to finish off I’d visit the pool. All the facilities are great just like the staff. Oh and my room was always clean and fresh when I arrived back each day. Looking forward to working around that area again”

“What an exquisite building, and it's many uses, steeped in history, before being adapted to this wonderful restaurant! The first time I'd been recommended by my Daughter and her husband. I went to Bath for a two night stay with two friends, who also had not visited before. We all agreed it was a fabulous evening! It was most certainly a treat, likewise was the food! The Sunday roast was very tasty and with unlimited yorkshire puddings & gravy. We did book our table. The service was swift and attentive!”

“Stopped by after an appointment nearby and thought I’d have a quick drink, Drew was on his own and clearly rushed however it didn’t stop him from taking time to chat and make sure we were ok. Really friendly and multiple sports games on so they clearly juggle to football well as people were watching both games. Only had a quick one but can say it was easy and friendly to pop in”

“Booked this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. I also booked car parking for the week with shuttle transfer to the airport, for some reason it wasn't available at 4am the following morning, but without even asking they arranged a complementary taxi to take us, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. pick up from the airport was just as efficient, just a call to the driver and ten minutes later he arrived to take us back to our car. Just couldn't find fault with this hotel or any of there staff.”
