“It's a beautiful cottage, well maintained. The staff is very friendly. It's got a homey feel to it. Breakfast was very tasty, homemade foods. We stayed for two nights. Rooms were very clean and the sheets/towels smelled so fresh! It was a wonderful experience :)”

Bhogals have been absolutely wonderful in giving me advice over the phone and making sure my prescriptions get filled and delivered to me as quickly as possible. “Highly recommend a visit, really well stocked for a small store, all good quality gear and treats. We bought a new canicross harness and life vest and both were tested to check they fit properly and I learned some really useful tips while chatting. Ill definitely be making the drive to come back next time we need a new harness!”

“We cannot recommend Stonehouse Vets and the staff enough! Sasha was on the verge of death and has lost a third of her body weight in less than a month. Pablo and Dan had been amazing in eliminating the potential causes and supporting us at all times. During her recovery Sasha has received the best attention from the entire staff who we cannot thank enough for putting our baby back on her feet. Less than 2 months after her surgery, Sasha is at healthiest that she has ever been. The photos attached are one month apart. If you are looking for vets that genuinely care about your pets, then this is the best place than you can come to.”

My ginger tabby Elvis loved the upgrade to a penthouse. Viewing chickens from his window and huge countryside. He didn't want to leave. Booking Xmas 2026 to avoid disappointment. Cheers girls and Lucy x Another holiday for my fur baby. Lucy is the loveliest owner and manager who gives every cat a clean, sterile place to call home. It may look a little shabby from the outside, but it's all safe and clean. I look ot upon shabby chic, but the love and attention is second to none, and is genuinely a 5 star care of attention. My cat has a very special diet that has to be defrosted 24 hours in the fridge before my cat can eat it. It's all steamed and frozen. My cat comes home relaxed and well, with reluctance to leave. Highly recommend.”

“Can’t rate Clearwood highly enough. Our cats get looked after better than when they are at home ( and we spoil them! Haha ). They run out of their cat boxes when we drop them off. Everyone there seems to be cat lovers and they even send us a video of them luxuriating while we are away. Brilliant place run by brilliant people.”

“Pawsitively Happy Dogs is such an amazing service. We have a bouncy, high energy Vizsla - and they manage her so well. She loves all of the team, and she waits for them by the window. They send regular updates of pick-up times, and photos/videos of each walk. The invoice app makes booking walks easy, and the payment system is also simple to use. We've also used them for weekend dog sitting more than once - they're trustworthy and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!”

“A little late in writing a review, but I really wanted to thank Nicky and her lovely team for looking after our cat (Pepper) while we were on holiday. It's the first time we've been away this long so was a bit worried leaving him, as previous cattery stays have not been good. One time he was really stressed out by the whole experience and another time he came back sick, which cost us a lot in vet bill - not ideal the day after coming back from holiday. Nicky sent us updates once Pepper settled in and he looked so happy. We were worried for nothing because Nicky took such good care of our little baby. They genuinely care about the cats so much and I don't trust anyone else with him now. Thank you so much The Caring Cattery!”

“Paradise retreat was our 1 Y/O golden's first experience of boarding and now we wouldn't send him anywhere else. Donna and Steve treat the dogs like their own with plenty of safe socialising and play time. They are easy to contact and have a wonderful set up with heated, cosy kennels. We have total peace of mind sending our boy there and he always comes back happy and chilled.”

“Ollie, adores Bob, he’s always very excited when the van pulls up. Bob, is amazing with Ollie, and he has got much better with his recall since going out with Bob. The daily videos are a favourite, it’s so great to be able to see all the doggy’s running and playing. Ollie, has also made some amazing friends on his walks and even exchanges Christmas cards, the quality of care provided is excellent I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ‘Doggy days of Berkeley’ .”

“I have never met a more professional team in my life than that of Lynn and Emily who chaperoned Milo for our wedding. Lynn’s the most amazing, dog-mad lady I have ever met and I knew after five minutes on the phone with her that we had made the right choice for who should help make our dog part of our big day. From start to finish, Lynn was amazing! Not only meeting our dog and going through every fine detail to make the day was perfect, but also being someone I could call on for help and advice when wedding planning as her knowledge is fantastic. Milo, our dog, instantly hit it off with Lynn and we knew he would be in good hands with her all day. As our wedding was a surprise, Lynn was fabulous at keeping the secret and making up all the lies to my family members when collecting Milo on the morning of the wedding. On the day, I didn’t have a single worry about our dog and when I did see him, he was always wagging his tail and enjoying the company. We knew we wanted our dog at our wedding and Waggs ’n’ Woofs was the second thing we booked after the venue to ensure we had the best people looking after our dog. We are so glad we booked them as it just made the day more perfect. Do not hesitate if you want your pooch with you on your special day - you won’t regret it!”
