“Am giving 5 stars based on carol and Alasdair. I was unsure on whether to switch to this gym but carol is the best lady to talk to as she provided extensive options and gave a thorough tour. I didn’t feel pressure and she was warm and friendly. Alasdair is a brilliant instructor I would highly recommend his vinyasa flow classes.”

“I really look forward to Wednesday mornings when I attend Lucy’s Pilates class and Body Balance. Her Pilates class is exceptionally well planned, with warm up stretches building to more challenging activities throughout the session and always plenty of advice on variations to meet everyone’s needs. Her calm and gentle manner coupled with professional knowledge make every lesson a delight and have helped me to make progress with flexibility and balance.”

“We hired the pool out for a 10th birthday party. The children had an hour in the pool on the inflatable obstacle course and an hour in the party room. The duty manager was so helpful. The kids had an amazing time. I would highly recommend.”

“Water in the pool is cold in the morning and hot in the end of the day. Probably it's better to come with kids in the evenings. Clubbercise was good,but why sticks are not included in the £5.20? Soft play!!! You can leave your child for 90 min, or play together 1-3pm (don't remember exactly the time)”

“Great gym for the price you pay, by all means go and pay treble the fee and for what for , Nuffield Rugby has a great team everything you need to get fit , Machines do seem to take along time to get fixed sometimes but plenty of alternatives to use. In general a great gym with good facilities and great staff who always welcome you.”

“My daughter has been attending North Solihull swimming baths for the past 6 years. Her new swim teacher Hannah has been amazing— patient, encouraging, and brilliant at building her confidence. “Great facilities open to so many ages and abilities. We went to the soft play which was great fun and a swim. Both pools are really nice and changing areas are kept clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“I’ve had an issue with low water pressure at home for a few weeks and called up a couple of weeks ago. The staff over the phone were very helpful and polite. They arranged for someone to call me back to get more details (Job No. 14111839). The next day, I received a follow-up call and an appointment was scheduled for today. Chris Roche handled the job and did an excellent, efficient job resolving the issue. Thank you to the whole team for the great service, much appreciated!”
