“I visited Boots Princes Street on Wednesday. I asked a young lady for assistance. Her name is Lorna and she is on the liz earle department. What a lovely lady. She was wonderful. Very patient and thoughtful and was a great help to me. I want you bosses there to know what a lovely person you have working for you. I won't forget her. Let her know she's doing great and is an asset to the company. And it's not all about getting sales and making money. I'm a 75+ independent lady. She made my day. Take note.”

Her kindness really made the world of difference in this stressful moment, especially since I was feeling stupid for injuring myself and even more so for my body's overdramatic response to a relatively minor injury.”

“I have boarded my dogs at Blairadam Premier Kennels for years and have always had an excellent service. My dogs are always happy and well fed and the owner Mo even has her staff bath them and they smell so fresh(it’s the doggy perfume Mo uses especially for dogs. The kennels are spotless and the dogs have regular walks throughout the day. I would highly recommend BLAIRADAM PREMIER KENNELS AND CATTERY. Thank you for caring for my dogs so well.”

The owner did not try to make me go for the expensive stuff, instead he gave me good advice about what I should do to save up on unnecessary materials and tools. He knew I’m a student, so he was actively trying to get me the best results for the lowest price. He also explained the whole process of filling in a wall, sanding it, and painting it over. 10/10 experience.”

“I don't often review products but we've been using Bella and Duke with our two cats since we got them as kittens 2 years ago now and we couldn't recommend it enough. When we first got the girls they were on dry food and wet packets (which they would mainly eat the jelly from), after considering the long expiration date on the 'meat' we quickly decided to find an alternative and we went with Bella and Duke. We have never looked back, the girls are so energetic, and lively, their coats are glossy and healthy when they go to the bathroom it doesn't smell, not like it did when they were on dry and packet food. Bella and Duke have amazing customer service, when I first started with them they would ring and check we were happy with the products. A few months ago we had some issues with our road and the food delivery didn't come, I rang Bella and Duke who were so helpful and they got the order to come the very next day for us. At Christmas they send a special Christmas meal for both of the cats and it's little things like that just make all the difference. If you haven't already make the switch to Bella and Duke, such a great company that clearly cares about animals. A big thanks to Bella and Duke from our girls who always have clean plates!”

“They have a fantastic Hand Car Wash in the Carpark where you can leave your car when you go shopping and collect it finish when finished. The quality of the wash and dry is carried out to a very high standard by very polite and courteous staff never been disappointed 10/10”

“I took Max, a 12 year old collie for his first ever professional groom today. He’s going to a wedding on Saturday, so I wanted him spruced up a bit. I was worried he’d be anxious but he was so well behaved and the girls did a fantastic job on him. He’s so handsome and his coat looks amazing. Thank you, you have done a great job.
