“We came to silverburn in the hopes of coming to Doner Haus as the one in Glasgow city centre has closed. We were apprehensive after seeing that the company has rebranded, but we are very pleasantly surprised. The menu is quite different to the original Haus’, but the food is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend if you miss doner haus.”

“Popped in on a drizzly Wednesday evening with a friend. Atmosphere was casual but engaging, service was efficient and friendly and guinness was top tier. Special shout out to Deni who managed to balance giving us the chat and serving a horde of young Freshers with ease. Would and will recommend.”

“Our wedding at Cottiers was just, put simply, a DREAM. I fell in love with this venue long before I was even engaged! I just knew it was where we would be having our wedding reception; thankfully, my now husband, agreed! We were blown away when we visited the venue initially. Once all of our decor etc had come together on the day (thanks to our wonderful suppliers and Team Cottiers) we walked into the hall for 'first looks': we were absolutely besotted. Not only is this venue visually stunning and provides the most perfect atmosphere for a wedding, the food was TO DIE FOR. 'Best food I've had at a wedding' is what we've heard on repeat for the last seven weeks now! Lastly, but by no means least - Eve and Erin, our coordinators, were nothing short of phenomenal. They had the patience of saints when it came to my constant stream of questions and emails -for the best part of a year. The girls kept me calm throughout and nothing was too much for them. What a credit they are to this establishment! Both girls are responsible for what we knew would be the most amazingly beautiful day ”

I've enjoyed the food and equality important the service. The restaurant is spotlessly clean including the toilet facilities.. I would genuinely recommend a visit . Pop along to spice in East Kilbride village, you won't be disappointed”

“I had dinner with my friend on a Saturday night we showed the waitress pictures of what we wanted she told us it was a mixed grill so we shared that and it was lovely, she also offered us free lentil soup which warmed us up nicely. The grill needed a curry sauce or something as it comes with lots of rice and 2 nan breads. Dinner for 2 with 2 cans each was less than £35”

“Spice Express is my go to place for an Indian Take Away in Cumbernauld. Food is always hot when it arrives and arrives quickly. Always a great service. These guys do a great job. The charity work they do is outstanding. We will always be back!”

Top marks to this place, the portions are great, love how they do all the salad and sauce separately with kebabs and how items are all put in brown paper bags. Best place in town hands down. Would love it if they done a donner and chicken shwarama mix kebab though as that's not on the menu.”

“Normally order in person, usually either a set meal or munchie/grill box. However, out of convenience decided to order via JustEat (despite the slightly higher costs). Order window said 50mins, however food was here in under 30mins. Piping hot, tasted super fresh and the delivery driver was pleasent too! Highly recommend!”

“Great gem of a place, hard to find but worth it. Great venue, decor and vibe is cool and unique. The staff were very friendly and efficient, really good choice of drinks and cocktails. Can't remember the names of the the ones we had but they were very tasty indeed, along with some st mungos beer. Had a really cool outdoor section with heaters and smart booths, really handy for smokers like me and can still enjoy the venues vibe. Fair prices as well a good staff makes it a must visit”
