“Rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfy, hotel was quiet and the staff were really approachable and friendly and the breakfast was good. The main reason for feedback is because we didn’t realise (as we were travelling to a different destination and hadn’t unpacked) we had left a teddy our son had had since birth until they rang and asked if we had left something. We offered to collect it on our way back in a few days but they offered to post it out to us, we feel this was going above and beyond as we didn’t expect to even be notified of leaving something. Our son was so happy and we’re so grateful. Thank you!”

“Stayed hear for a night whilst visiting to watch a concert. Arena is right on the doorstep. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but managed a sneak peek through the door and looks great. Will definitely stay here again”

“Stayed here with family for two nights at weekend in November. Excellent stay. Fantastic quiet location but within easy reach of everything. Fabulous staff and service with a smile. Only small complaint was WiFi wasn’t the best - we have teenagers!”

“Stayed a couple of weeks ago and loved it. The location is super just next to trinity centre. The hotel is modern and the rooms are absolutely spotless. Please thank the housekeeping staff. We had exec lounge added to booking and it was well worth it. Lovely evening food and super drinks. Great value when you think of city prices. A lovely staff member cleared tables but chatted to all customers on what their plans were. But what made this so special was that Natasha on front desk remembered our room preference and remembered our names and had the biggest smile ever!! What amazing service and it really made our whole weekend! Thank you Natasha! Ps the breakfast is absolutely amazing too! Best hotel in Leeds by a country mile! David and Alison”

“I stayed here for my first ever trip overseas, and this is my first time booking into a hotel. Amazing experience. At this hotel. Originally got there at 9 am and I thought I could check in early. Because my flight came in at 8. And I thought I could check in early. The reception said i can’t check in yet it’s too early but she held my suitcase and kept it safe for me when I went outside and explored Leeds city centre. I came back when I was closer to my time the chicken. I got my suitcase and checked into my room. .It’s a good hotel room nice and spacious. It’s exactly like an apartment you have everything you need like a microwave washing machine dishwasher stuffed top pots and pans etc. and they even give you dishwashing liquid. I know really beautiful of you. the bed was like the most comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. I also did enjoy the croissants and coffee in the morning in the reception. Those very nice not to have to buy breakfast every morning,. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying at this hotel. So I recommend coming here. You are very close to the city centre like a 17 minute walk if you don’t want to walk you can also take the bus that’s only a minute walk from the hotel. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel if I come back to Leeds.”

“I've had a good experience so far with the staffs, especially, Iacopo​ Garone (Jac). He is my property consultant. I find him very informative and always answer my email very quickly, also trying his best to help me sort out many matters. 10 thumbs up for Jac! :-)”

“Location is perfect for visiting .walking 5-10mins to the hotel. All the stuff like bed sofa furniture are new and comfortable let me feeling at home , warm cleaning and convenient. Walk 2mins to the old city wall, about 10mins to the minster cathedral, York museum and fantastic garden old abbey, all the old street ,shopping center and castle museum plus railway museum just in 30mins walk away. With the perfect price , l like say this is the best hotel I ever been. Highly recommend”

“Just got back from staying here for two nights. The room was good. Clean and well ordered. I am a wheelchair user and found there was plenty of room for my chair without it being obstructive. It was warm and comfy in fact too warm but there was a fan. The bed was almost too comfortable and having one hard pillow and one soft pillow each is a brilliant idea. The breakfast was self service and the choice was good too. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would go back any time and recommend it to anyone.”

“I had a lovely stay at the Clifton Bridge Hotel. Arthur and his team gave me a warm welcome and tips about the area. I really like the location, especially to walk and run by the river, either south to reach town easily or north to enjoy the nature. I enjoyed the comfort of my room, and the breakfast was brilliant and relaxing. Will definitely recommend and think of booking again when visiting next time.”

The food was delicious, clearly well prepared and presented, and really added to the overall experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. “I stayed here to see family for a few days, first visit what can I say it was lovely, staff were great made me feel welcome breakfast was very tasty and the girls on breaking were great even the evening staff also the housekeeper I met that day was very pleasant, only downside the car park was full of litter shout out to Karen Caitlin Mandy and the lady on the evening shift forgot her name will definitely be back.”

“I've never stayed in a Holiday Inn before - the staff were all so welcoming! We were assisted by James & Isabella who were extremely helpful after a mixup with our booking that wasn't the fault of Holiday Inn. The room was immaculate & a very good size - very much needed after a 4½ hour drive. Would recommend this hotel to everyone”

“I had an excellent experience at the Hampton by Hilton in Leeds. The hotel was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — everything you’d hope for in a city stay. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the location made it easy to get around. A special mention has to go to Emily on reception, who was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. As we were not from the area we asked her for restaurant recommendations and where to go in the city and she was really helpful. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole stay feel even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she set the tone for a brilliant visit. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“I reached Leeds in the evening from Manchester. After reading some google reviews I was a bit skeptical about this hotel . I was pleasantly surprised as the check-in and checkout experience was seamless and quick . As I am a Radisson Premium Member I was upgraded to the top floor and the room was superb. Spacious, spotlessly clean and the water in the shower and taps was nice and hot. Some reviews stated otherwise. The aircon I didn’t use as the weather was cold. I did not eat the breakfast hence unable to comment on it.”

“I stayed for one night for work purposes and had a great experience. The car park had plenty of spaces- ground level spaces were very handy. I received a warm welcome from Patrice at reception, who was friendly and efficient. Archie at the restaurant provided excellent service during dinner — he was attentive and went the extra mile to check with the chef whether the chicken was halal. The chef even came out personally to reassure me and showed me a photo of the chicken’s packaging, which I really appreciated. At breakfast, Harvey was friendly and quick to clear tables and keep the area spotless. Overall, a great hotel with modern decor, good vibes, and outstanding service. Would highly recommend.”

“Nice bar to be in. They do student discount which is great for me £3.25 for a cruz campo. I went to one of the darts comps which they do once a month. One of the best nights I've had in a while. Recommend highly good for all ages”
