The hospital was incredibly clean, well-organized, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and professional. I especially want to thank the doctors and nurses in the knee surgery department who took such great care of me during my four to five-day stay. They truly made the experience as comfortable as possible, and I’m really grateful for their care.””

“Great quality concerning the cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room simple and clean. The Bethnal green tube station literally 5 steps from the hotel. Much more cheaper than anything else in London, even the hostels. In 10-15 minutes you can be at the central London with the tube. The line has service until very late. We were hesitant booking after some bad reviews we read, but the reality wasn't even close. Sure it's an old hotel but it is really clean. The mattress and pillows were soft and the bathroom spotless.”

“Came here even with seeing the reviews as it is the only place to eat if your staying in the cabins. I got chicken tenders and some mozzarella sticks, and they were absolutely delicious. Rest of the family enjoyed the food and left stuffed. The entertainment could have been on for longer since it had ended at 7:00, the bits we had done were quite good, a kahoot and higher or lower. If you win the kahoot they give you a fast pass as a prize what I thought was awesome. Staff were lovely and were wonderful with questions. Overall lovely little food place.”

“I have a monthly subscription for 10 boxes and I am absolutely over the moon at the quality and taste of the coffee and the amazing machine I got for only £1 I recently had an issue that had nothing to do with Lavazza but the couriers they used and I am blown away by the amazing service I have recieved from Ryan on the Customer Care Team who has dealt with the problem to a very high standard. I can honestly recommend Lavazza Eco Pod coffees because they are fully recyclable, the coffee is delicious and the customer service 2nd to none. Give the subscription a try and I know you won't be disappointed and once again many thanks to Ryan for providing customer service to the highest standards.”

“Had the best experience at this salon. I called as I’d had an allergic reaction to hair dye elsewhere, Sue booked me in for a patch test with their organic Aveda dye and it went well. Had a balayage and my roots done today and it looks beautiful! My hair feels healthy and Maria made sure I was happy with it before I left. She listened to everything I wanted and made it work for me! Already had a few compliments on it- I love it! Sue even fit me in to have my nails done whilst my hair was being dyed. Felt so pampered today! Thank you both!”
