“A good place to grab a drink and a treat either before or after your tour. The Milkshakes are amazing and the chocolate frog box cake was mind blowing! Good theming as well.”
“i don’t know how your staff do it!!! everyone at this store works tremendously hard and i have never had a problem. super fast service despite the crowds, delicious coffee as expected from starbucks, thank you so much for all working so hard i would be lost without you!!”
“A stop for coffee and cake — and we do love their cakes! Friendly and quick service, everything well organised. This time it wasn’t too busy, so we enjoyed a quiet, relaxing break.”
“This is a wonderful cafe. They have the most amazing range of cakes! The prices are higher than the high street but that's what you expect! The cakes were delicious, I had the tiramasue which was amazing! The seating area overlooks the runway, so you can sit there and watch the planes landing.”

“Lovely swim. Pool is a great temperature for swimming. Showers are a little hot but that's probably just me.”
“A favourite of mine great selection of food and clothing and anything else you never thought of friendly helpful staff”

“very helpful tour given by Brad today, the gym looks great i was really impressed by their reformer studio, the cardio machines are amazing too giving you POV while you work out, facilities has definitely improved. The price is definitely worth it compared to what local gyms in the area offer.”
“My experience with them was great, team really friendly, food was well done, coffee quality was amazing. Thank you costa team!”
“Fully stacked shelves, and clean store.”
“Asda Park Royal superstore is an awesome place to shop!. It is gigantic and offers tens of thousands of different products ranging from fresh produce, fresh, baked goods, meats, clothing, household items, and everything and anything in between. There’s also a McDonald’s in the store as well. It’s open 24 hoursexcept on Saturday and Sunday. Great place to shop overall. Two hour parking is available at no charge.”
“I love my regular swims here with my husband. If you pick swim times carefully never seems overly busy. Sunday one to avoid! Cleanliness ok rather than brilliant but staff try hard. Ladies changing room cold in winter.”
“Is really enjoyed my time there! Highly recommend it! Polite staff and beautiful surroundings!”
“Kensington's Cast Iron Grill boasts some of the city's best fish & chips! Freshly caught, perfectly battered, and paired with crispy fries. Friendly staff and great service make it a must-try!”
“Fairy decent experience today with the manager who kindly convinced us to sign up to the Asda shop app to get points and money back on our shopping. He was really polite and went step by step showing how to download the app and sign up as my mum isn’t best with technology. Think his name was Ian, thanks again!”
“Went to the beefeater in Uxbridge today with my family we were warmly greeted by our waitress her name was Candi once Candi had seated us and given us our menu’s Candi took our drinks order’s once Candi brought our drinks over I had a Coke Zero which did not taste right Candi replaced my drink straight away and apologised then proceeded to take our food order’s the food was very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food we received we all had a very relaxed and enjoyable meal and our waitresses service was outstanding even the manager Kelly was very friendly and we was warmly welcomed by all staff we will definitely be returning again”
“I saw reviews and was sceptical as so low! Not sure if they have upped their game recently but signed up for 2x kids swim lessons. 36 per month each for 30 mins per week and unlimited access to swimming. Really good value and my kids love it, as both over 8 can go in on their own while i have a coffee. We did lessons in Acton - the staff and quality of teaching is miles better here. Its much less chaotic for showers, changing and fewer children per instructor. And it has a little cafe and easier parking - Acton doesn't.”
“I visited this cafe first time its really fantastic service and i want to share my experience there was one person who is talking with staff very rudely i was sitting next table that person reacting like physco he wants refund after eating panini that person saying like staff is from another planet that so rude. for my personal experience staff is very polite they didn’t say anything and that person taking pictures without askinh them i was so shocked that type of person should not allowed to sit and giving bad impression to the businesses”
“Rachel is an amazing swim teacher. I’m older and have knee problems, so I was nervous about starting lessons. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and safe in the water. She adjusted every exercise to fit what I could do. She focused on gentle movement and steady progress. She never rushed me but always encouraged me to keep going. Now I move more easily and feel stronger after every session. Rachel’s patience and support have made a huge difference in my confidence and mobility.”
“Best service ever. Bit expensive compare to other supermarkets that's because they show case lots of other brands rather than Tesco own brand. Paid parking after 10 to 4.30 on the main road. Self service attandant which you won't see in any other Tesco . Quite busy after 5 in the evening due to trains . Staff is helpful and have knowledge of different options. Produce section is always full and lots of reduced items daily.”
“Another finger licking visit... Perfect food as always at TGI Friday... Great atmosphere even knowing that not as decorated as standard TGI, still feels like it. Had to wait 50min to get a table, but enjoyed time at the bar watching barmen making cocktails while sipping on my beer and wife having her cocktail. Staff was brilliant, welcome was warm... Keep up a good work, and hopefully this TGI will last long, also nice to see TGIF in this area. Well done...”
“I recently stayed at the Central Park Hotel in Shepherd’s Bush and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths — just a few minutes’ walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market and Westfield Shopping Centre, with great transport links into central London. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was compact but comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay: a decent bed, good lighting, and a clean bathroom. It’s clear the hotel has been recently refurbished, as the interiors felt fresh and contemporary. Staff were polite and efficient, and check-in was smooth. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially considering how close it is to busy areas. That said, the rooms are on the smaller side, and there isn’t much in the way of extra amenities — but for the price and location, it’s hard to fault. Overall, Central Park Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable base in West London. Perfect for business trips, short city breaks, or anyone who wants easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Underground.”
“Today I got a cappuccino and requested for some Coffee grounds from a staff. She was very kind to me, took care to pack the coffee grounds well. She would have made me to wait to collect the coffee grounds, but she acted immediately with a pleasant face. I missed to ask her name but she had duo colored fringes and weating specs. Thanks for her kindness and thanks to starbucks for giving away coffee grounds for the customer.”
