“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both myself and my dog feel at ease. The facility itself was spotless, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I could see that they were experienced in handling different temperaments. My dog looked and smelled amazing after his grooming session, and I could tell that he had enjoyed his time there. I was also given helpful advice on how to maintain his coat between grooming appointments. Overall, I highly recommend this dog grooming place to anyone looking for a professional and caring service for their furry companion. The staff were excellent, and the results were fantastic.”

Had a service done recently and due to the electrics being faulty which is very well known with a Ford Focus they referred me to a reputable garage to help me further. Called in on the day to have an MOT done as forgot it was due and they done their best to accommodate by looking at it same day at last min notice. Had a call back only a few hours later. Fantastic, highly recommend!”
