Laura's follow up phone call on Sunday was very much appreciated and really put my mind at ease. A very professional and caring lady! I would also like to acknowledge the confidence sessions that Nell and I took with nurse Sarah, who worked wonders with a nervous little collie and a stressed owner. These sessions were put to the test in our emergency visit and I can definitely say that it was time and money well spent. Thank you both for the care and kindness that you show to your patients.”
