“We have recently moved over to this surgery as advised from our dog trainer as they especially good with reactive dogs. We have been extremely impressed with the service for a our 2 dogs and cats. They allowed us to meet with our reactive dog outside the vets and were very calm and accommodating. They respond very quickly to any prescription request and all in has a very good for us and our pets. Thank you”

“Our little guy was seen quickly then admitted to Arthurs for arthrodesis surgery. It was awful to leave him at the hospital for 3 nights but every night, without fail we would get a call with an update on Sam's progress and also how the nursing staff were taking him out and giving him cuddles and he was settled and calm. The outcome of the surgery has been amazing and we would not hesitate to recommend Arthurs for a pet suffering and kind of orthopaedic complication. They are just an excellent team who know how to do their jobs down to the last detail. We cannot thank them enough for the care they gave to our boy from admittance to the last appointment for discharge.”

“We have a nervous border collie and have used all vets in the area so when we got our latest dog we tried harts due to him being him. We have had the normal checks as he was a rescue yearly jabs and sadly a leg operation done at harts bicester normally go to Waddesdon. At both excellent professional service they go the extra mile. All staff from when you arrive book in and of course the vets are wonderful they take time with our dog give wonderful advice . So all this helps our dog he will never like the vet visits but to be honest this is the best one he could be with”

“Amy and Robyn at Happy Hounds have been nothing, but amazing since I’ve started taking my dog. He first went for a groom, had a run around before and after and was absolutely fine. I’d been looking for a daycare which would take intact males, so I asked if they did. Hesitant as my dog had started reacting to other intact males, I dropped him off and went to pick him up 2 hours later and he’d been absolutely fine. He’s been multiple times since and loves it to the point he’s whining in the car because of how excited he is and always comes home knackered! Couldn’t recommend Happy Hounds enough if you’re looking for a daycare or groomer for you dog!”

Lots of lovely extras including home made cake and an excellent plentiful breakfast. Communication was first class throughout with extremely friendly hosts.
