“Little Lane is a fantastic place that really cares for my dog each week - the owners are incredibly friendly and professional, they clearly understand all the dogs that they look after and take the time to ensure the dogs have positive interactions and experiences. Our dog Chewy felt welcome and settled in to the Little Lane family pack straight away - the staff give us great feedback at the end of his day, which is also insightful. He cries with excitement when we turn on to the driveway in the morning, and he usually doesn’t want to leave with me at the end of the day, much to my embarrassment!! It is good value for money, and excellent quality ear ruffles.”

“Mouse had a wonderful time with Vibs and her family. I felt comfortable that Vibs had got to know our dogs likes, dislikes, morning and evening routine and felt happy to be leaving her in such capable hands. Vibs sent regular pupdates with photos and will send as much or as little as you require, she was happy to adapt her routines to fit in with the dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her in Vibs capable hands next time we go away.”

Aside from being extremely thorough and considered in the running of their business and the safety of the dogs in their care, it was clear they are real dog lovers and that it would be a warm and friendly home from home for our little Beaglepoo Annie. “Used ARK vets for the first time this week after the dog we are looking after fell ill. I was surprised and really happy at how positive the experience was. I called the surgery at 4.45pm – the phone rang twice before being answered and on this occasion they were able to see me within the hour. Both the receptionist and vet were incredibly helpful – even showing us through to a private room to wait in, as the dog was a bit overexcited. The vet was incredibly helpful and understanding. I mentioned that we are fostering the dog, so would not be able to immediately agree to any long-term treatment strategy. With this in mind, she ran through a number of possible options, did plenty of tests and recommended short term treatment options to ease the dog’s immediate issues and discomfort. An itemised receipt was provided for the owner, with the offer of calling back for further information if needed. I found ARK very caring and understanding to both dog and owner, which made things a lot easier during what could have been a difficult time. Can’t fault this vet and won’t hesitate to use them again.”

“It was our first time leaving our vizsla with Bridge house, we have tried a few other kennels with "luxury" facilities but our dog has not come home in better shape and condition than when he went here. The positivity started when they owner wanted to meet Axel, we got a full guided tour and I could see how much they cared for dogs. I was spoken through all my options in regards to food and told how his day would pan out. I was really pleased to hear that Axel would be visited regularly and given a couple of small walks per day. In previous kennels he has not been walked and as a high energy dog he needs exercise. Axel came home after 10 days in top condition, I was ready to bath him and give his bedding a good wash.... but their was no need! He had been given a bath and smelt amazing and was super soft, his bedding and toys had also had a wash!. I was so impressed with this , and I have never experienced this before even with "luxury" high end kennels. The staff made sure he was given his filled kong every day and his evening bone (we provided these). As I saw Axel being bought out for collection, prior to him noticing us he was trotting along with the staff, so happy. The owner even called the next day to apologise for not being on site during collection and a few miscommunication regarding pick up time. I would 100000% recommend and leave my dog here again. He has come home, happy, healthy and smelling delightful. Thank you x”

“Our dog has been going to Lisa since he was a puppy. He was really shy and nervous to begin with but Lisa was brilliant with him, and really helped to bring him out of his shell. He now goes for regular walks with the rest of the pack and is so excited when he hears the car pull up. He has been to stay with Lisa for holidays, and is treated like part of her family. We get regular updates and just know that he is being loved and cared for as he would be at home. We can’t recommend her highly enough. She truly is pawsome!”
