“Don't let some of the negative reviews put you off visiting this restaurant (no unpleasant smells either). There were 4 of us & we're greeted with a warm welcome. Now to the main event. I had black pearl scallops as a starter & grilled chicken breast in a chasseur sauce for my main, really tasty & well presented. The rest of our group really enjoyed their food as well. It was our first visit & won't be out last. I can honestly say it's we'll worth a visit.”

“We had a wonderful day shopping then popped into here, was met by the bubbly and happy phoebe, we were served lovely food very quickly, the service was wonderful everyone in the team seemed happy and so lovely. “Went to Wagamama in Notts today with my friend for lunch. Everything was top notch. The food was delicious. I had the fried greens, ebi katsu, and chicken katsu curry, my friend had the duck gyoza and prawn curry. We had a beer and a cocktail. The food arrived hot and fresh, yummy! Thankyou chefs. The highlight of our stay were the staff. We were greeted by the hostess and taken to our table of choice, served by another friendly young chap, but there's one staff memeber who stood out above all others, anywhere I've ever been to and thats a young lady named Sophie. Studying at university who works to earn her spending money. She was a delight, a credit to Wagamama. She was so kind and friendly, so ambitious and I see a great life ahead for her. I think anything she does, she will do it well. Thanks for the wonderful service Sophie, you were the shining light above all others today, and made our rare luncheon really special. Cheers from Shirley and Vannessa, the 2 women who nearly talked you to death:-)”

“Came here for my birthday and it was brilliant.. one person on our table has a severe allergy to nuts, and the staff were amazing. They called her before hand to ensure she had a meal that was “safe”. We also had a gluten free and vegetarian in our party and the staff where happy to stand and to though the menu with us. Thought out the night they kept coming to check on us, answering questioned we had regarding food and drink. - Food was lovely and the music was right up our street. Lillian is an asset to bistro live. Although she was working she just matched the vibe of our table, even coming over at the end of her shift to say good bye and told me to enjoy my night…”

“My daughter and I stayed here for a family vacation. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The beds were so soft and comfortable that both of us did not have any issues getting a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good and enjoyable with plenty of choices for what you wanted to eat and drink. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience.”

“Aside from the fact that all the meals I had were delicious the service was really good. The food was served on time and no delay, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Another thing that stood out for me was the steak; I always order a medium rare when having steak because well-done is always too dry. But my partner loves well-done so he had that and the steak was very juicy; it was well-done but I could still taste the juiciness of the meat. I will visit again to try the brunch menu.”

“So good. Been here many times. Lovely place, friendly service, and excellent food. The absolute best thing they offer is the greek dessert. I dont know how to pronouce or spell it and even forgot to take a photo today... it is like a Greek custard pie. Something new today was the shared platter for 2, yummmm.”

“All the HK people who have moved to Nottingham know this place. It’s probably one of not the best Chinese food places in Nottingham. The seafood was fresh, the prawns were so fresh. The peking duck was cooked to perfection. The waiters were excellent and helped when needed. However the toilets were being fixed so a little annoying”

“Definitely the best dining experience in Nottingham, hands down. (I visited the Showcase cinema complex branch!) First class food, first class service. Great ambience and music. And out-of-the-world price! I didn’t even realise I came here on opening day, and it’s all decked out, the staff revved up and smiling. Thanks especially to Burak- excellent recommendation and such warm service. Great guy. And thanks to Sedaf too for her friendly service. If you haven’t visited this place, you must. Great tasting genuine Turkish food, good portions. Very clean place,, good vibe, warm service, and it does not tank your budget…. what’s not to love?!! I honestly expected the bill to be ridiculous for what I had, but was pleasantly surprised it was half that!”
