The receptionist is welcoming and the environment on entry is calming and my dag is relaxed while waiting his turn. The consultant is fantastic, he broke everything down step by step so there was no confusion. Where treatment was needed he made me aware of costs. I am happy I chose this veterinary clinic for my pup.”

“Absolutely amazing vets! Betty went here for her BOAS surgery today and the staff here have been amazing from start to finish! From the moment I called to her first appointment and operation today, every member of staff there are just so lovely! Betty’s BOAS surgery has been performed amazingly and her nostrils look fabulous! The aftercare is also so detailed with a contact number/whatsapp for support when needed. I am honestly so happy my dog has been treated here and so happy I have found such a fabulous place to bring my bulldog! The love and care they offer is absolutely amazing! Thank you!”

“Our Kittens loved it. While not normal our cats love the vets and it’s so important they continue to love it. The environment was very calm and the vet was confident making the whole thing smooth and fun for our cats. The vet was friendly and helpful. Another great experience for our kittens and it built a really positive impression for them. They care lots and are very understanding. We had a free check up when we joined which is really encouraging that they care about our pets.”

“Took my cat burt for his vacation the vet was friendly so professional she explained everything to us checked burt all over put him at ease which is no easy to do with a cat very clean and tidy waiting area and the receptionist was very friendly to overall a great experience for burt and myself thankyou”

“I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the Madeley branch. We have been registered with Haygate years and we have always been highley satisfied with both service and care for all of our pets. I didnt manage to get the ladies name who attended to our old and poorly hamster Oreo on Saturday (6th April 2024). Unfortiantly, we had to have our sweet Oreo put to rest due to old age and him having cancer and an infection. All our pets are treated as our family, and on the day we had to take Oreo in to be laid to rest, I coulnt of asked for more from the vet in question. Both myself and my daughter were utterly heart broken and in floods of tears, but thanks to the lady vet who looked after us, she made such a distressing visit so much more comforting. She was gentle, understanding, kind, and brought me such words of comfort and for that, we are forever gratefull. Thank you so much, top service/care and we wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Leah.”

“My older dog got seriously poorly, thankfully I got an emergency ap with these guys , I didn’t have a great deal of money, so they gave me a cheaper option for treatment, so if ur animals sick , ask them what’s available, my marmalade is now recovering and I am forever thankful to seven edge vets , top rated staff and vets , who provided me and my dog with emergency help and life saving treatment”

“Have always used Fairways for looking after my dogs. This time, my dog wasn't well and they noticed straight away. I can't thank Brian and Odile enough for taking appropriate action to make sure my girl got the best care. They both love animals and are very professional, as are Emily and Sophie who work there. “Our spaniel Blue has been going to Soggie Doggie for 5 years and is always very well looked after. His groom is always very good and he looks and smells amazing when he leaves! He likes to steal a little treat on his way out too!”

“I really loved my stay at this place. It was the quintessential English hotel. Beautiful building. It was located in a quaint, quiet, safe area. All of the staff were absolutely lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious. Great views. The meals were delicious and authentic English cuisine. Loved the décor. Easy access to local spots. Would encourage anyone passing through the area to stay for a few nights. 10/10.”

“Great place to come and socialise, eat great traditional food and drink beer. Suitable for groups of people couple's or solo drinkers. Old world decor reminding people of a Victorian Black Country era. The ambience is welcoming and cosy. Tipton railway station is about a 10 minute walk away making Mad O'Rourke's accessible from Birmingham and Wolverhampton.”

“We held our Aunt's wake here, and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They were attentive without being intrusive. The food was amazing and plentiful. A beautiful historic building, with lovely grounds.”

“We had our son's first birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. Ben and Sarah were fantastic throughout all of the planning stage and on the big day. They allowed us to tailor the buffet menu how we wanted, decorate the orangery and bar area and bring outside entertainment. The food in the buffet was very delicious and there was plenty to go around for our 95 guests. We had a lot of positive feedback from our guests - many asked how we found the venue. Bar service was great and so were the team cleaning plates and glasses throughout the event. Highly recommend birthday parties and gatherings at this well ran family hotel. We did not use any rooms so cannot comment on these or rate them.”

“A massive thanks to the ladies for getting my nephews medicine for croup sorted whilst I waited (thankfully one lady remembered that some had been ordered in!) From passing over the prescription to them ringing his doctors to confirm his dosage to me getting the prescription! Honestly can't thank them enough, have never been in such a friendly pharmacy before!”
