“This is a great pet shop. I visit regularly for my dogs food and treats (there’s a fab selection). Bridgette is lovely, always friendly and helpful, in particular recently sharing her knowledge of a product she sells for nervous/anxious dogs. I have a Labrador who’s not a good traveler in the car. Bridgette mentioned a CBD oil spray that may help. I have tried it twice when taking my dog in the car and have noticed a big improvement in how he’s reacting. He seems calmer and a lot less vocal. I would highly recommend giving the shop a visit!”

“Rarely do I write reviews, this one is to show some appreciation for Hayley and the amazing job she did with my puppys 1st trim. Messages was replied to quickly, reasonably priced. I was put at ease immediately when i saw the treatment room, and even more so when Hayley listened and also recommended what was required. Arlo came out smelling and looking fabulous. “I have been taking my dog oscar to Vicky for about 5 years now. She is always does a fantastic job with him and is reasonably priced. I do have to book up in advance but that's not an issue.”

“I can’t recommend Elle highly enough. I have been bringing Dexter here for day care, for 2 years now. He’s always so excited and happy to be going! He loves all the different walks he goes on and socialising with all the dogs in day care. Elle is really professional and takes time to get to know each and every dog. We also get photos and videos each day Dexter is there as well, which is great to see what’s he’s been doing each day.”

“Our Kittens loved it. While not normal our cats love the vets and it’s so important they continue to love it. The environment was very calm and the vet was confident making the whole thing smooth and fun for our cats. The vet was friendly and helpful. Another great experience for our kittens and it built a really positive impression for them. They care lots and are very understanding. We had a free check up when we joined which is really encouraging that they care about our pets.”

“Our spaniel Blue has been going to Soggie Doggie for 5 years and is always very well looked after. His groom is always very good and he looks and smells amazing when he leaves! He likes to steal a little treat on his way out too!”

“Stayed here for one night and it was great. We had a lovely meal on the Saturday night with live 60s music great atmosphere. Norma and John are lovely friendly hosts. Everyone is so friendly our waiter was a lovely young lad. Our breakfast was delicious cooked to perfection by Norma. Thank you, everyone made our one night stay so memorable.”

“A lovely campsite, clean and warm toilet & shower block. Staff realy helpful and the pub is a tardis, good selection of drinks the food was excellent. Very close to Bridgnorth has loads of parking for all types of vehicles. Will definitely stay here again”

“Great place to come and socialise, eat great traditional food and drink beer. Suitable for groups of people couple's or solo drinkers. Old world decor reminding people of a Victorian Black Country era. The ambience is welcoming and cosy. Tipton railway station is about a 10 minute walk away making Mad O'Rourke's accessible from Birmingham and Wolverhampton.”

“We had our son's first birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. Ben and Sarah were fantastic throughout all of the planning stage and on the big day. They allowed us to tailor the buffet menu how we wanted, decorate the orangery and bar area and bring outside entertainment. The food in the buffet was very delicious and there was plenty to go around for our 95 guests. We had a lot of positive feedback from our guests - many asked how we found the venue. Bar service was great and so were the team cleaning plates and glasses throughout the event. Highly recommend birthday parties and gatherings at this well ran family hotel. We did not use any rooms so cannot comment on these or rate them.”

“Came across this place by chance after buying a parrot from another place last weekend and needing additional supplies. The range available is brilliant and the staff are phenomenal. I visited twice within the space of a few days and on both occasions, they have been so helpful with great advice. I cannot recommend them enough. So pleased.”

“I really loved my stay at this place. It was the quintessential English hotel. Beautiful building. It was located in a quaint, quiet, safe area. All of the staff were absolutely lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious. Great views. The meals were delicious and authentic English cuisine. Loved the décor. Easy access to local spots. Would encourage anyone passing through the area to stay for a few nights. 10/10.”

“I cannot rate Vets4Pets Shelfield highly enough, 10 stars wouldn't be enough! From the moment you walk through the door you and your pets are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I love that they always put our animals welfare first and they take extra care to make them comfortable as well as treating them medically. Our cat, Ten was always extremely anxious about going to see a vet but now he loves his appointments, Pierce is his absolute favourite. Check out the photo and see how chilled Ten is sitting on the scales! Thank you Pierce for curing Tens stubborn ear infection and for being so considerate of me being so emotional over my poorly 14yr old cat. Thank you to all the staff at Vets4Pets Shelfield, you are all absolute Stars! Pierce is also my daughter's dog's favourite, she was happy really”

“Had to say goodbye to my old faithful cat yesterday. He had lost so much weight, the sparkle had gone from his eyes and I knew it was his time.
