“Brilliant Vets. We recently had to take our kakariki Artie to rosewood vets. Dr Antonio (I believe his name was) was recommended by our usual vets as being very good with birds. We had been to see bird specialists in the past in Birmingham and had awful experiences so we were very nervous about taking Artie. The receptionist was lovely and the vet spoke to Artie like he was a person not just a bird (which we had not experienced in the past by bird specialists) so we felt very comfortable with him. He was very mindful about what was best for Artie and that birds can get stressed very quickly. He gave Artie some antibiotics and told us to call back the next day if he was still alive so we weren’t wasting money buying the whole course of antibiotics if he wasn’t going to live. He was very genuine and treated us like he cared for Artie just as much. Unfortunately Artie passed away so my mom called the next day to cancel the antibiotics. We have just received a sympathy card, which we weren’t expecting. We are so pleased with this vets! We will definitely take our other animals there. Nowhere else I would trust with my birds.”

“Ive visited the hednesford branch throughout last few years, allways very friendly, kind and welcoming to both customers and more importantly our pets. Recently had to take our dog reggie whom was very poorly unexpectedly, staff go above and beyond to get our dog an appointment to see a professional vet. Everything explained to us from the vet, and nurse/s about what our little dog is experiencing, and what care we needed to do etc. As it can be very nervous as a pet owner to have a sudden illness happen. “After reading a bad review on here I was shocked so decided to write my own experience - ignore the haters! How anyone can fault them is beyond me; I have never met a company more professional and friendly! Hugo has been to quite a few different kennels as has anxiety and trouble settling in - he used to cry when we left him elsewhere. However, he now barks when he gets down the lane and realises where he is going, and jumps straight out of the car and into it when he arrives with lots of tail wagging! In fact he doesn't even notice you leave now, he just runs off with them! Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell how much they love animals; every time we drop/pick up and see them with other dogs too they spoil them rotten with lots of attention! A great location means he gets plenty of woodland walks which he loves, and a lot of playtime! You can tell how much time and effort everyone puts in - he's always relaxed and never wants to leave! He always leaves in such a great condition too - always super soft and doesn't smell of "kennels" like previous places. Another big mention is how wonderful and caring the staff are - even after being extremely busy and fully booked they have managed to squeeze him in last minute when we had a few health issues at home - they could have easily said no but they didn't. 5* service, please don't listen to bad reviews as they are amazing! “A massive thanks to the ladies for getting my nephews medicine for croup sorted whilst I waited (thankfully one lady remembered that some had been ordered in!) From passing over the prescription to them ringing his doctors to confirm his dosage to me getting the prescription! Honestly can't thank them enough, have never been in such a friendly pharmacy before!”

“Stayed for 2 nights and loved it . The rooms were comfortable and warm , it is an old building so rickety in places , but this added to the charm . The food was wonderful both at breakfast and dinner and the staff were very kind and accommodating.”

“Very warm welcome from the staff and a great location for this for this very charming hotel. I found the decor fascinating with an eclectic mix of paintings, statutes and vintage furniture in every corner and wall. Our double on suite room was finished off with a very comfy 4 poster bed! The staff can't do enough for you, everything is just an as away. The manager (Martin) was very professional and looked after us throughout.”

“booked in on the way up last minute as did not know what time I would arrive, Receptionist on the phone was excellent and answered all my questions. Arrived and was greated with a nice smile and was shown the room which was comfortable and clean, Went down and enjoyed a lovely duck breast with rice and a nice pint. Location is great just off the motorway . Totally diamond of a find would highly recommend this as a stop over.”

“Beautifully located on the banks of the River Severn, however, nasty winding lane passing Severn Valley Railway to access the pub. Standard pub grub elevated to meet dietary requirements. Even making homemade onion rings in gluten free batter! Great prices for the standard of food. They could easily charge much more. Eat inside or out on the deck. Help yourself to cutlery and condiments, pay at the bar and take a numbered spoon to your seat. Friendly atmosphere. Great, safe play area for children and pygmy goats to say hello to. Food was such good value and quality that we went back the following week to eat again!”

“Stopped by bassa villa for a drink by the river seven. A lovely pub filled with history. Its also a b & b above the pub. Outsude is a court yard filled with benches so u cam sit on a summer evening watching the world go by while listening to the river and the wildlife.”

“I have been a client of this practice for quite a while and have had many pets dealt with at this vets. I always find the staff to be very helpful and welcoming and the vets are thorough with their exams and give me all the required information I need to make the best decision for my pets. My most recent visit was for my cat's annual booster and health check. Harry examined both my cats from top to tail and made me aware of some health problems. Having all the information we managed to sort a referral to a specialist (which was organized same day). I know that my pets are always in good hands with this team, fantastic care and I couldn't ask for more.”
