“I’ll be honest – I had lost faith in Boots because of a terrible experience at their Telford store, which is, without a doubt, the worst store ever in UK. The service there was appalling, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. However, this particular store has completely restored my trust in the brand. Every time I pop in, I receive the best service, and it’s always a positive experience. I especially want to commend one of the managers. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an Asian male with glasses who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent customer service are exceptional. Thank you to this store and its amazing team for showing how customer service should be done. If only all Boots stores operated like this one!”

“Good size tesco supermarket. Has pretty much everything you would need for a weekly shop. Not the cheapest of the supermarkets. Has petrol station on site. Also has a KFC next to it incase you get hungry while out shopping. Good parking. Although the lanes are narrow and can make parking annoying when cars. Also has cashpoints outside in case you want to withdraw some money”

“Travelodge kingswinford is a lovely place to stay. We have visited many times and would recommend. Always clean and inviting. Staff are always so accommodating and friendly. Special mention to Asif on front desk. Always there to greet you with a smile and is very helpful and friendly.”

“Budget friendly hotel with plenty of free parking space, even if we come with Extra long wheel base van or caravan there is plenty of parking space Spacious rooms with basic amenities like hot water kettle and all Polite staffs, neat and clean rooms”

“I attended a Christmas party at the hotel yesterday & the catering staff were incredible. I eat gluten- & dairy-free & they went above & beyond, providing a fresh GF bread roll, cooking part of my main course from scratch, & even creating a custom strawberry cheesecake (off-menu) for dessert. I've never been so well looked after! Highly recommend this venue for their attentive, knowledgeable staff & accommodation of dietary needs.”

“I have been using Clairs pet care services for a while now and always go back to her as she is very caring considerate and kind, she also takes very good care of my cat and keeps me informed regularly when I'm on holiday. Clair also has public liability insurance and is DBS checked which adds extra reassurance. Highly recommend!!”
