“We’ve been using this takeaway since it opened and have always enjoyed their food. The food is fresh, hot, very tasty and excellent value for money. We get 4 meals here, which includes drinks, for £14, verses £28 at McDonald’s. The staff give exceptional service- they’re very friendly, professional and have never got our order wrong like most other places have. Keep doing what you’re doing because you do it very very well.”

“We have hundreds of visits to Nando’s on our belts. On arrival we was greeted by Tom, it was toms first day. What an absolute breath of fresh air he was. He has customer service you can not teach, a down to earth larger than life individual who for his first day asked all the normal questions about allegens and if it was our first visit but also how our day was going, it was going bad up until this point and made me feel welcome and warming. He didn’t stop here a child opposite had pop he didn’t like and Tom managed to observe this issue and asked if he would like to swap glasses which visibly made the child’s experience happy. A table behind us had an issue with heat of the chicken and he was swiftly trying to resolve, doing all this while introducing himself with a handshake to his colleagues that were walking in starting shift. I have never experienced anything as amazing as Tom and if I had a business card I honestly would have tried poach him for my business. What a credit to Nando’s and please hold onto him.”

“Lovely jerk chicken wrap I had over the fireworks event last weekend.staff were friendly and efficient.did pay £10 per wrap I thought it was 2 for £10 so definitely on the pricey side, but quality is good. Halal too which was amazing to see Caribbean food be more inclusive.”

“I visited this Nandos for the first time; we were seated very quickly. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our time here. The food arrived 10 minutes after ordering which was great considering they appeared to be short staffed as only 1 member of staff on the shop floor. The food was hot and tasty, no complaints. I will definitely be back again!”

“We went to Birmingham to try iranian food. Had 2 Iranian friends. Food was hot and fresh. People serve you with a smile and fast service and happy to help. Their was also music and songs which gave nice atmosphere to the place . We had a lovely meal.”

“My dad came today for his annual golf club Christmas lunch, everything was five star. The food and service were outstanding, the staff were very accommodating with his needs, the disabled access is brilliant which made it so much easier for my sister and I. “Although there are quite a few Indian restaurants in broad street, I had not been to this one. I took a chance and it was a very good experience. As its in broad street it's quite accessable. The parking needs to be sorted in and around. The ambience looked good for me,but can be worked on. I had 3 starters spring rolls, hara bhara kabab, Indian style chowmein. All of them were delicious. The quantity was decent may be slightly pricey but post COVID, this is a price match. For the main course I had roti basket, along with paneer tikka masala,okra fry. It was tummy friendly and very good. I had a good Indian meal after a very long time. Food wise it's 5stars for sure. I will recommend it for all Indian food lovers. I hope they can continue maintaining it. Last but not the the least the mango lassi was amazing...”

“Been today after the renovation and now I think, new owners. They now serve alcohol. The place pretty much looks the same as before but cleaner, however their menu has changed - long story short, their prices have gone up and their portion size has gone down and no-one likes that (picture where food is served in a white plate was before renovation) (the video is when we visited today, both mixed grill, you can see the portion difference) ordered Halloumi cheese which was around £5-7 if I didn't look at my bill the girl would've over charged me £13 for this (which is equivalent to a meal) lol these mistakes cannot be happening.. before renovation used to be my regular if I want turkish cuisine,.. I don't know about that anymore..”

“Very good restaurant- staff super amicable. Food can be customised which I am highly impressed. Staff are aware of the menu, and suggest good options based on your interests and quantity you are looking for. Very patient and ensure you are comfortable and satisfied with the food served. “Great food,big portion sizes But if ordering on Friday/Saturday delivery times can be long because this place is so popular. But very easy to change a delivery order to a collection. If ordering online try doing it through their website at empire Garden.co.uk it's much cheaper especially when compared to just eat or deliveroo. If your looking for something small to eat I would suggest the special tray meals They are great”

“Lovely Thai restaurant with Karaoke room. Food is delicious while eating you can enjoy singing as well. strongly recommended Thai style grill pork cheek, Thai papaya salad, wasabi king prawn, Thai pineapple fried rice, Thai mango with sticky rice. “We had a lovely anniversary dinner here today with Le Petit Chef. The concept works really well and is a great way to shorten the wait between courses. The food was cooked to perfection. Especially the beef fillet was outstanding. Our waitress was amazing and made the whole experience that much better. Very attentive and helpful, despite us having been the only guests for this session today.”
