“Had a brilliant meal, and the staff made my day and my birthday. We went late afternoon and they had just cleared the room after a big party. I really wanted to sit by the window and watch the sea, as living in Milton Keynes, we are completely land locked. They cleared a table so I could look out having my dinner. The staff (waiter and barman) went above and beyond, and the drinks and meals were fantastic. A faultless experience, and I would not hesitate to go back or recommend them”

“Old peacehaven store review: Nice welcoming atmosphere and great food. Pizza quality is impressive and exceeds expectations. Ordered again August 2025 from their new saltdean store. Pizza retains it's good quality and I prefer firehouse to pizza Go go . The pizza is carefully packed, on a bake proof paper, although there was no grease on my pizza anyway. Very nice chicken tenders, and the man on the phone was very polite. He kindly changed the mushroom for ham on my chicken pizza in the family deal. Very good pizza.”

“Quite literally one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Certainly not one of the cheapest, but no questioning the value for money. The service from the staff is amazing, largely due to it being a family business. Visited for my birthday and took a sharing menu with wine tasting and every course was utterly sublime, each beating the last. The wine pairings were also beautiful and well described and explained by the staff. I cannot recommend enough coming to try this restaurant. I will 100% be back in the future!!”

“My friends and I booked through First Table, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The restaurant is on Boundary Road, quite a way from central Brighton, but the interior is worth the trip — beautifully decorated and full of character. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who offered some great suggestions. We tried their Turkish white wine, which was spot on, then moved on to starters and mains. The highlight for me was the lamb casserole — absolutely heavenly! What really sets this place apart from other Turkish restaurants I’ve been to is the pricing. Even without the 50% First Table discount, the menu is very reasonably priced. The only downside for me is the location, as it’s quite far from where I live (Preston Park). Still, I’d happily make the journey again for their food. Dined for: 3 Meal: Starter + mains + drinks Total bill: £109”

“Sometimes you walk in to a restaurant and you think... this is a restaurant. Other times you walk in and feel like you are in someone's home being served their best food. This is most definitely one of the best Italians, if not homely places I've visited in a long time From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel at home. The food is amazing and I would recommend this place. They know how to do customer service and beyond. A must visit if you are in the area and a hidden gem”

Billy and his staff are very warm kind hearted folk as always they come out and say helllo the reception on arrival never disappoints the food is brilliant good sized portions that will full up the greediest of whats inside us all. Lovely melted cheesey garlic bread to start so Yummy 2 portions and a Lovely choice of food and deserts just add to its flavour and balance and cooked fresh what more could you ask for. And a lovely little happy birthday to a little girl that was celebrating her birthday which all sang happy birthday to her so to sum up a lovely meal in a fantastic little fine Restautant book your tables here and experience what Billy and his staff and brilliant service will bring you good food and staff that really care with what they are putting out 10/10”

The food is absolutely delicious—each dish is bursting with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Italy. Since our first visit, we've returned three times because we just can't get enough! The service is impeccable; the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about providing a great dining experience. What makes La Tana stand out even more is that the entire kitchen team is Italian, which really shines through in the quality and authenticity of the food. You can tell every dish is cooked with love and dedication. Highly recommend for anyone craving genuine Italian cuisine in Brighton. We’ll definitely be back again soon!”

“At the beginning of October 2025, I attended a wedding photography convention and masterclass in Brighton called Thrive, organised by Photography Farm. Ahead of the convention, Robert and I decided to spend a few days exploring the city, and that’s when we came across Pho Brighton. What a wonderful discovery!!! The food was absolutely excellent, rich in flavour, fresh, and deeply satisfying. The atmosphere felt joyful, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Pho Brighton to anyone visiting the city and looking for a lovely place to eat. A real highlight of our time in Brighton.”

“Three of us had lunch here last Thursday. This is a local Italian restaurant that is far superior to most Italian restaurants. The food was cooked in front of us with fresh ingredients. It was far nicer than most Italian restaurants and excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and the service was very good. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.”

“I like this place very much, it just a little burguer where you can find cheap burgers and drinks, the burgers are really big and goods. I put a photo where you can see 2 double burgers + 2 drinks + Onion Rings + sauce, all of this cost just 15£”

“Me and my partner went here after being recommended by a chef I work with and it was fabulous! I tried the lobster special and it was the best lobster I’ve ever had, the potato salad and bisque was insane and everything was ultimately tasty. We also tried the beef croquettes, oysters and prawns for starters which were all delicious and perfectly prepared, my partner absolutely adored the chocolate pot for dessert as well. The wine list is perfect, I had the cheapest vinho verde as wanted to spend more on my food and it was still fantastic. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend was the margarita but that’s just my personal preference (no salt rim, not on the rocks so if you like that then go for it!) Our servers were great too, extremely good service thank you guys!”

Look forward to visiting again. Really easy paid car park at the rear £1.70 for 2 hours. Beware steps to reach the restaurant. £73 including tip.”

“We ordered the chicken platter for 2.it had more than enough meat for two people. We thoroughly enjoyed it as it was all cooked to perfection and was so juicy. I loved the red cabbage salad that came with it, however they've stopped doing the pomegranate dressing which is a shame! The cous cous is very tasty as well. The restaurant has a good vibe and staff are really helpful. They serve Efes beer as well.”

“The food was absolutely gorgeous, the full Monty was delectable and the whole vibe of the place was extremely welcoming and pleasant. The service was great, as the servers were jolly and friendly one even gave my child a lollipop for free! “I couldn't believe their specials were exactly what I wanted. Seafood starter and main both very good. A nice bottle of corked wine and good service. I just hope they kept the tip ! If I was picky about the food I'd say the tiramisu was bang average. I will be back no doubt which is the biggest compliment you can give a restaurant. Hugely impressed. I think it could do with a tad more heating. Inexpensive to boot.”

“I visited the Pelham arms as part of a large group for a Sunday Roast. The service and food were excellent. There was a choice of four meats and two vegetarian options. “We went to the green man in Ringmer on Friday night. It was busy as usual but we managed to book a table for the 8 of us. As per usual the service and food was amazing. You get decent size portions for a very reasonable price. It’s one of our go to restaurants. Can never fault the place, always great food and service.”

“A, quite frankly, sensational dinner at 64 Degrees. The tasting menu was brilliantly executed and being sat at in the heart of the action really makes for a wonderful dining experience. The chefs were fantastic and took time to chat and explain the dishes, too. You could feel (and taste) the passion. Personal highlight was the venison and birria taco dish which I can say was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The usual pairing wines weren't available but alternatives were well matched and complimented the dishes. The wine service was a tad slow but the house owned it and made up for it. “We had a great experience in Into the Blue. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh, nothing frozen and they offer a wide array of seafood/fish for every pallet. The only thing was it was so popular that they ran out of food half way through the day! So we’d recommend getting in early on weekends. Would absolutely return.”
