“Super local store with parking. Compliments to the duty manager and CSA on shift early this morning. Staff who were stocking a fridge nearby, actually noticed me circling, looking for mushrooms, stopped what they were doing and asked me if she could help. Generally, if you need help in a shop these days, you have to find a member of staff and ask for help. It was refreshing to have a staff notice me and proactively seek to assist. At the till, the CSA/cashier was also chatty and friendly. A fine example of good old fashioned local hospitality and fantastic customer service. Came in for mushrooms and out feeling like I was going to have a really good day. People matter.”
