“We recently had a wonderful stay at The Bath Priory Hotel whilst visiting our eldest at University. The location was perfect — peaceful yet only a short walk into town. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with views of the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was delicious, though service was a little on the slow side unfortunately. A special mention to the gardener, who truly made our stay memorable. She took the time to show us around parts of the garden, shared her incredible knowledge, helped carry our bags to the car, and even picked a few flowers for my husband and I as we left. Such a thoughtful gesture — we’ll never forget. We both said how refreshing it was to meet such a kind & enthusiastic young person. The facilities at the Spa were well maintained, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. A perfect place to unwind — we look forward to coming back again.”

“I’m not actually a student at the University of Bath (not yet anyway!), but I first came here for sports competitions a while ago. That was my introduction to the city and the uni, and I always remembered it as being somewhere really special. Recently I came back to Bath, just to visit the city again, and as I was wandering around, I stumbled across the university once more. And wow. It honestly stopped me in my tracks how amazing it is. The whole place has such an inspiring energy. The campus is beautifully laid out, everything feels so open, welcoming, and full of life. I loved how green and spacious it is—you can tell it’s been designed with students in mind, but it doesn’t feel clinical or closed off at all. It’s got this perfect balance of being modern and impressive, while still feeling friendly and approachable. You can almost picture yourself studying, relaxing, training, and just living here all at once. I loved the atmosphere most of all. There’s something about Bath as a city already—it’s gorgeous, full of history, and has such a warm character. But then you add the university, and it’s like the city’s energy has its own dedicated hub for learning, sports, and community. You can tell the students here must have such a unique experience: surrounded by world-class facilities, yet only a short trip from one of the prettiest cities in the UK. For me, walking through the campus again completely cemented the thought I’d had before: this is somewhere I would love to be a part of in the future. Even though I’m not studying here yet, I could 100% imagine myself applying, getting involved in everything, and thriving in this environment. It’s one of those places that just feels right—you know immediately that it’s special. So yes, five stars without a doubt. The University of Bath left me inspired, excited, and definitely planning to put it down as a top choice when the time comes for applications.”

“This was my first time visiting Bath, and I found this restaurant while researching the town, no disappointment at all! The food was amazing, and the service was spot on. I’d recommend the courgette, it might look like a regular zucchini in the photo, but trust me, it’s incredible! Another favorite of mine was the crispy pork belly. The black beans were a little salty for me, but they pair perfectly with the pork, which was cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Bath!”

“Absolutely superb from startbto finish. Met by the gentleman doorman...reception staff were brilliant. Stunning room and incredible facilities. Loved the smooth radio station on in the room to arrive to. Great bar staff, excellent service, just wish we had the time to have had our evening meal there. Perfect location. “We had a wonderful stay! We originally booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the best suite in the hotel — and the hospitality was truly exceptional from start to finish. There were lovely little touches waiting for us when we arrived, and when we returned from dinner, we found a thoughtful box of cheeses, the curtains drawn, and the bed beautifully prepared for the night. The hotel’s location is very central, which meant it could be a little busy and noisy at times, but the mattress was so comfortable that we still had one of the best nights of sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel! We also booked massage treatments and spent time enjoying the spa facilities — both were absolutely amazing. Every member of staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. It was such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely return when visiting Bath again — or perhaps try one of their other properties elsewhere.”

My haircut looks fantastic, and the complimentary drink was nice. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be - but I did agree to the price and do not regret paying for this service at all. My hair stylist was really lovely, and I would definitely recommend this hair salon.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Last week, while replacing one of the wheels on my sons car, one of the wheel studs snapped off. I called them at midday and asked if they were able to repair it asap as I needed to return to Staffordshire that evening. Thankfully, they were able to source the parts quickly and got the job done the same afternoon. Also, while replacing the stud, they found a couple of other issues which required replacement parts and were able do those at the same time. All good 10/10”

“Stayed at Mr Darcy's House for my hen do and we all had an amazing time. The house was perfect for a hen do and we loved used the basement bunk room space for the evenings. The house was clean and nicely decorated and I would highly recommend it. Minnie was so helpful over email and there were nice special touches on our arrival which made it feel really special!”
