“Go here for soccer 7's with my son, the place is well organised, pitches are well maintained. hot drinks and hot rolls along with juice crisps and sweets available from the wee cafe on site, plenty of parking, can get a bit muddy on wet days, alot of work been done recently to improve footpaths.”

“One of the nicest sites we have camped at. Great pitch size. A busy site, but didn't feel too crowded. The toilet and shower facilities were fantastic and extremely clean. Great showers. Cubicles had plenty of hooks for our clothes/towel/bag etc. Nothing got wet. Plenty of hand basins, with light up mirrors, and single Cubicles as well. Well stocked shop with reasonable prices. We were 2 adults camping so didn't use the playground or games room, but both looked great. The staff were pleasant, polite and friendly. Excellent location for Edinburgh city centre. Bus stop just outside drive entrance, with regular buses. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“My daughter had her wedding reception at deer park golf and country club, deer park road Livingston on Saturday 28/06/2025 there was 180 guests at this reception and everyone had a great time bar prices were on average catering was good, and the DJ was excellent the room was spacious and the staff were very pleasant, the food for the buffet also was very good. My daughter was given a room to put all extra items in and presents and given the key to go back when she wanted to collect all the items. All in all very good and I can highly recommend this venue”

I'm a bit of a karaoke fiend myself, and this is one of the few places in Edinburgh where you can properly get up on front of the room and sing your heart out. The host is very encouraging, and makes sure you feel welcome. This is now going to be a regular haunt of mine when I'm in Edinburgh.”
